In the Halloween mood this memorial day weekend.  I made these 2 figurines out of bits of this and that I had lying around.  What do you guys think?

2  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Re: completed breakfast table on: August 07, 2009 10:14:06 PM
I finished the other side of my table tonight.  I think it turned out pretty cute.  I'm on a mission to do a whole bunch of tables now- my next will be a sushi dinner theme I think.

I found this table in the garage of my rental house.  It was pretty banged up and ugly-so i painting it- I'm just half way done but wanted to show craftsters how it's going so far.

4  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Completed Projects / Kids Murals on: November 12, 2008 05:14:07 PM
My friend turned his large machine shed into a "mini-gym for his boys.  I did some muraling for him- whatever the boys suggested- no theme, just a little of this and a little of that.  Take a peek....

I'm south of Iowa City- but would drive to CR for a crafty club.  I just moved from Dallas and am craft-talk--deprived.
6  UNITED STATES / Iowa / Ever thought of owning a store? on: August 04, 2008 08:07:02 AM
I have a small gallery south of Iowa City. I need a partner, as the hours are just too much for me to handle on my own.  Basically no cost other than rent, which we could easily make if I could stay open enough hours (I also have a "real" job).  Anyone interested?  I'm open to changing the look and product of the space to blend our two style.  Maybe expanding to carry other products?  Whatever you have in mind- I'm open.  I don't want to have to give up my little shop!  Anyone interested in discussing this further?

Beautiful!  I love how everything seems to be right where I should be.  I've tried this sort of thing myself without any luck.  You make it look so effortless and very professional!  I want every page framed on my wall.

The top is very cute.  The photo looks like a magazine ad- you're hair is just adorable.  I have such envy of those curls!
