I made this shrug (#8) from the spring/summer 2005 issue of Family Circle Easy Knitting. I used some Berrocco Glace I had laying around, but the pattern called for Caron Jewel Box, so my gauge was very different. I had to adjust accordingly. It didn't take too long to figure out the difference. It was really easy to do. Its knit in one piece from the edge of one sleeve to the edge of the other. It has five rows of stockinette and then five rows of reverse stockinetter - very easy. The pattern shows up much more in real life and looks like thick ribbing. MInimal finishing - my favorite! This issue had lots of great shrugs and capelets in it.
