It's definetly not stretched to the point where I can't knit it.. but all the stitches do not fill up the circ.  I'm using the 9" cable, which makes a 17" circ with denise needles.



The photo is of the stitches as they sit, relaxed.  The issue I'm having is when I move the needles to knit, it pulls all the stitches very taught and because the needles and cord are not terribly slippery, it causes more bunching and pulling.
