1  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Newbie's work (: on: August 21, 2009 11:42:25 AM
Hey there!
I just wanted to share my first attempts at Jewelry making XD
I've got to say, doing these projects have helped me realize the real value and hard work this craft requires! Definitely fun! Sorry for the horribly-taken pictures  Grin

3  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / All I did during spring break~* on: April 11, 2007 03:45:42 PM
Instead of going to the beach, (which is something people usually do here in Dominican Republic) I stayed home doing nothing, nada, zero, rien. No ladies and gents, it's not that I am the most boring person in this world, I simply didn't go to the beach because the week before springbreak I had injured my right foot and had a cast put on it. (Lucky me, right?  Wink)

I thought I was going to go crazy until I realized it was the perfect opportunity to have some quality crocheting time ^_^.

Here is everything I did.. together in one picture. [[Missing an amigurumi dude, he's in the making process so I didn't include him in the pic because we all know how weirdishly-creepy they look when they are not finished Wink]]

The star afghan (inspired by the star-afghan crochetalong here ^_~)

A cute purple bag

The domokun hat [[I look weird I know x_x, this pic was taken in the bathroom because there's more light ^_^]]

I didn't take a pic of the scarf because... er.. because I'm lazy because I forgot!

the culprit for all this crocheting...

4  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / JACK SPARROW <3 on: February 04, 2007 12:26:24 PM
Okei, so I love Jack Sparrow so when I saw this pattern I HAD to buy it. Mine, of course came out weird-looking, but I still heart it lots. The pattern is here: http://SherriCrochets.etsy.com

5  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Rainbow Ipod Cozy on: January 28, 2007 05:35:27 PM
Hey My name is Sarah, and I've been a lurker here at the forums for quite a long time Tongue I've created several different stuff from many of your awsome tutorials, and finally I decided to join xD

It's nothing like OMG THAS SO AWSOME or super difficult. In fact it's one of the easiest things in crochet... but I'm new at this and I LOVE it Smiley It's for my ipod, and I basically just followed the iMonkey tutorial for this Smiley
