I received my WONDERFUL piece from gamemom42!!  I actually received it two days ago but had difficulty locating my camera  Embarrassed  Surely it takes other people months to properly move in and know where things are, right?!   Roll Eyes

I LOVE it.  I suffer from insomnia so it's extra perfect for me!!  Grin

Do you have animals, gamemom? (I feel like I should know that by now but I don't - not offhand anyway) cause myy Guster wouldn't stop sniffing around...

Thank you SO much!!

Received my AMAZING package from rcowstown!!  Enough for WAY WAY WAY more than one claim - it's ridiculous!!

As anyone who has seen my wishlist knows, I LOVE pillows.  Especially now that we have a new couch (an actual *new* couch, not just new to us  Cheesy) and we're in a new apartment so we have a new color scheme in our living area.  Our couch and loveseat are green and the walls are a pretty gray-blue so our palette includes lots of blue and we need some blue and white and gray in our pillows so that it ties the green in with everything else.

That was a lot of random nonsense no one needed to know  Cheesy  Suffice it to say these are PERFECT for what I wanted!!!

Aren't they gorgeous?!  She also sent me wonderful paintbrushes (which I forgot to shoot, sorry!)!!

AWESOME package and totally brought my craptastic day make a total turnaround!!

I have GOODIES to report!  Grin

From ActsofCraftiness, we have the most amazing claim ever!  We added a personal swap to what we were already making for each other and she STILL went WAY over and beyond!!

Presenting FIVE sets of Ollieblocks (this is only showing one set)

She also made little bags for each set  Shocked SO cute!  The five littles are going to LOVE these!!

Then I also received from BriannaB03 and she also went way over and beyond:
she claimed me for two passport covers for my travel-happy parents - she even included a little hummingbird stamp on the ID pocket for my mom who love hummingbirds!!  I've been wanting to give them passport covers for forever plus they forgot their passport on their last trip (so incredibly unlike my dad) so this can also be a little tongue in cheek  Wink

But then she ALSO sent this gem from my pinterest:
(I haven't trimmed it yet but my husband insisted I put it in a hoop immediately  Cheesy)

BriannaB03 also sent a box of See's chocolates  Shocked  My family is originally from Southern California so we grew up with See's (actually, um, my cousin married into the See's family!) but they're impossible to get around here.  You'll understand why there's no picture of the chocolate  Cheesy

Thank you ladies SO SO much!!

Okay, I've got a couple of pictures of things you will all be very jealous over  Grin

Christmas fabric!!!  I am planning on creating a set of patchwork-style stockings for many of my family members this Christmas (which is a Very Big Deal since I DO NOT sew) so I asked for some fabric and holy crap did quaggy deliver!!

You may not be able to tell but there are so many gorgeous and fun patterns and images and there's even a pattern for a tree skirt and corresponding stockings so someone's getting a bonus this year  Cheesy

These were my very favorites and I am giving serious thought to keeping the light blue and silver piece for ME

Quaggy also claimed me for a pillow form (which I forgot to bring downstairs to photograph but it's not covered yet so I think we all know what a pillow form looks like  Cheesy) AND she claimed me for some crayon rolls:

All rolled up-
Unrolled- I haven't switched out the crayons yet for my oil pastels but I did put my charcoal and stippling tools into the other one!

QUAGGY ROCKS MY SOCKS OFF and I apologize for being so delayed with pics - it was definitely not a reflection of how much I love my stuff!!

Now I ALSO received my package from texscrapper!!!  She "attempted" a bathing towel (theoretically used for babies but used for puppies in our home!) and nailed it PERFECTLY.  It is super wide and long (and my husband and I are quite large) and she made it in nice gender-neutral colors (my husband would've dealt with it if it wasn't but I know he'll prefer this to something pinkish or purple   Wink)

Now that we have one, we may need another - the hubs bathes the puppies and then when they escape in terror, they come straight to me so we may each need one  Cheesy

Yay quaggy and texscrapper - you guys are AWESOME.

Okay, a couple of things from my list - I forgot to take pics before I sent them away but now that they've been received, I can steal texscrapper's photos  Cheesy

Okay, so since I haven't really gotten any suggestions, I'd like a little feedback on a couple of ideas:

I offered these a couple of months ago - did anyone still have any interest in a set of four wildflower splatter paint notecards?

I also thought about doing all-year heart ornaments (you'd get two)

A billion years ago I did button bouquets...

And I do still plan on offering monochromatic watercolor paintings like

I REALLY want to offer stuff people would want so some feedback would be awesome!!

Class/Challenge/House Pride: New Year's Resolution Challenge!!
House: Gryffindor!
Project Name: Mixed Media Art Collage
Brief Description: My only real resolution this year is to work on considering myself an artist and trusting myself in that regard.  My whole life line drawing is the only thing I've ever been good at and even then only by reproducing pictures.  And I love it and have a lot of fun with it but I don't really consider it art.  But last year I wanted to try expanding my repertoire and I did (chalk pastels, oil pastels, charcoal, oils) but I've still kept it in the reproduction forte.  So while I will continue some repros, I also want to try to expand my horizons.  SO this was based on (but not  duplication of) a mixed media piece for someone in the OWS.
Project Picture:
Please ignore the crappy picture - The words say "In a world of possibilities imagine yourself as one."  The beads at the top are navy pearls, the swirl is cracked turquoise and clear, and the white swirls and dots are actually topped with glitter-painted paper.  The beads on the blue circles are peach and the lace fabric flower is a pinky/peach.

NEWT Subject: Alchemy
House: Gryffindor!
Project Name: The Four Three Elements Paintings
Project Page Link (if available): https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=430797.0#axzz2qPWqAD9H
Brief Description: Well since my Auguamenti skills are lacking, I stuck with water, earth, air, and more and left the fire out.  So I did my first (four) oil paintings (no reason to start small, right?!) and I learned A LOT.  Overall, I like 3 out of the 4 so that's something, right?!
Project Picture:

Don't mock me.
