I want all three, and I especially like the choker! What a great swap package!

*rubs hands with glee* I have the glimmerings of an idea. Does lawn furniture count?
Can you take more than one before and after picture, to capture detail?

not this year, maybe in a few (I`m not too crazy about the litter boxes and my other DD wants a dog, so i avoid getting anything yet), but she is getting a Kitty themed party with all kitty items and decorations i can think of and the battery operated furreal kitty toy Cheesy

A kitty party? Use an eyebrow or lipstick pencil and draw whiskers on her face. See who can purr the loudest! Hee, it sounds cute, and I bet she'll love her kitty party. And I love how you used her artwork to make those. Nice!
1894  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: Small Steampunk Swap (Signups closed, Sendouts 5/20) on: May 15, 2011 08:57:02 PM
I just finished my large item and I love it! *happy snoopy dance* I have paint on my fingers, a splotch on my sweater, and I can still smell the varnish, but IT'S DONE!
I'm going to make a little thing to go along with it before I ship. I even found the perfect mailing box by pure luck.
And I may have a new craft addiction.
1895  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Meritorious Service Award in the Pursuit of Falling Stars (& other shiny medals) on: May 15, 2011 08:32:48 PM
I've been setting aside bits and bobs from the junk jewelry stash to make medals for some time-you've inspired me to get started on that project! I like what you've done. And they look great on that jacket-oh, I want the jacket, too. Grin
Well done!

As the lucky recipient, I can tell you that it's even cuter in person. I love love it.

Jessica, I'm not the world's most talented craftster, but if you're in the u.s., I'd be happy to make you an angel prezzie, too.

1900  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions / Re: what's the best thing for razor burn? on: May 11, 2011 03:27:57 PM
Just good old cheap disposable razors, she's been shaving about a year. The exfoliation we've found does help, and shaving during a shower instead of a bath. We'll try the conditioner next-just changing one thing at a time right now. I've never head of shave minimizing lotion before, is it hard to find? And thanks for the aspirin tip, that's interesting.
