1  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Vintage Thermoses > Bedside Lamps on: Today at 11:20:39 AM
Your guest room is such a nifty space. You may find yourself at risk of visitors overstaying their welcome, who would ever want to leave?
2  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Father's Day / Re: Cards for the Dads... on: Today at 11:18:24 AM
Really nice. That textured aluminum tape is so cool.
3  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Mother's Day / Re: Cards for the Moms... on: Today at 11:17:44 AM
Very nice. You are a master of embossing, mine sure never turn out that great!
4  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Felt Twinchies Round 2 GALLERY on: Today at 11:17:12 AM
What a great start to the gallery! Hagrid's hair is just amazing, what a lot of detail you've fitted into all those tiny squares.
5  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: Chicken and veggie stock incorporating juicer waste on: Today at 11:14:27 AM
This is day 4 of my fast, all the juice is gone and the veggie broth but the largest jar of chicken and veg stock is still more than 1/2 full. I put a couple spoonfuls into a cup then fill with hot water from the kettle whenever I start feeling hungry, maybe 2-3 times/day. Reducing is a great way to store stock, it would have taken up half the fridge otherwise!
6  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Re: Fluttering wings... on: Today at 05:43:58 AM
They are absolutely gorgeous. I particularly like the monarch coloured flutter, beautiful.
7  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Re: Extra special birthday picnic basket full of goodies on: Today at 05:43:32 AM
Thanks all Smiley.
She brought me a sandwich in bed early this morning. She'd been playing with the food from the moment she woke up, pretty sure she likes this present.

And yes, I am crocheting at first light. Trying to figure out that vertical ribbed cupcake wrapper pattern that's so far totally stymied me. I'll get it!
8  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Ongoing ATC Swap -- June 2017 Gallery! on: June 24, 2017 05:53:13 PM
I think pacman and tetris are the only video games I ever played. I have some nostalgia for that little yellow guy, he's kinda awesome.

The kitty is so perfect. I envy such fantastic illustrating skills, truly.

Love the boot, so many tiny details!
9  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing in General: Discussion and Questions / Re: How to cut velcro coins? on: June 24, 2017 05:51:55 PM
I'm not sure but I have some old sizzix paddle punches that work to cut out shapes from paper or fabric. They get hammered with a rubber mallet and the sharp edge of the shape cuts. I have a leather punch that looks like a paper hole punch but bigger, it's for making holes in belts. I am sure that a leather shop would have a punch or something like the paddles for cutting out shapes. Best of luck finding what you need!
10  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Eat your fruits and veggies! on: June 24, 2017 05:49:31 PM
I'm going to crow a little in all my crochet food posts because I FINISHED this enormous project, gave it to my little one, and she loved it all!
