I love that little top and I'm a big fan of "Moosetache" too!!!!
2  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Crafty Business Discussion / Re: Business Name Help!! on: January 06, 2008 01:31:11 PM
I decided on Bumble Bee Boutique.  I wanted something very generic that wouldn't specifically focus on hair bows or doll clothes.

Thanks for replying.
3  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Crafty Business Discussion / Business Name Help!! on: January 03, 2008 07:58:24 AM
I'm thinking about starting a business that sells hand made hair bow and possibly doll clothes to match.  I would like the name to have the word "Boutique" in it so my buusiness wouldn't be associated with just hair bows.  Can anyone think of a name?

4  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Get Product and Website Opinions / Re: Honest Opinion and Advice on: December 30, 2007 05:48:45 PM
I think your photos look great.  I agree that the etsy info should be closer to the top.  I also think you should have a short description of your business near your name.  Since it is a blog, people might not realize they can buy from your site.  I think it would also be a good idea to group all of the discounts, pricing and buying information together and then group the designs and sizes together.
5  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Discussion and Questions / Re: sizing for 18 month old skirt? on: December 24, 2007 10:30:01 AM
I would ask the mom to measure the baby's waist and length.

I think you should make hooded bath towels.  They have patterns for ducks, frogs and lots of other animals.  I think any preschooler would like one.
7  Halloween / Halloween Decor and Parties / Re: My UBER-CRAFTED Halloween Party of Greatness!! on: November 11, 2007 05:32:44 PM
I love this!!!  You did such a great job.  I plan the halloween party at my kid's school and next year's theme will be the "Kitchen of Terror" so I was wondering how you made the drinking fountain?  Thanks for sharing.

I'm not sure if the melted records give off gases.  I have never tried it but I have seen people do it on tv before.

You could make centerpiece bowls out of old records.  Here is a link to show you how to make them:

You could fill them with your goody bags.

I think i just might have hit the jackpot for you.  I found stuff on a carousel themed bredroom.  Maybe you could get some ideas from it.

Check out this site:

Was the link to the coloring book on this website the same as the one you found?

Check out the room picture that is between the two lamp pictures.  I like the round carousel rug on the floor.  The pattern would work great on a table.  I tried to find a better picture of the rug but I couldn't.
