1  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Felt Pins on: December 29, 2004 09:12:20 PM
I was bored today, so I made these robot and cat-looking-monster-thing pins.
I can't get the photos to work so heres a link. The pict is a little blurry, sorry.
2  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Mix-n-match needles=disaster? on: November 12, 2004 05:52:39 PM
I have been working on a scarf for awhile, but I've lost one of my needles and really want to finish it soon, but don't want to pay any more for needles. I really don't know a whole lot about knitting at all so what effect would it have to use a thicker/larger needle? Would it be visable in the knitting. I don't want to screw it up in the last 4 inches of a 6 foot scarf. I think that would make me cry.
3  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Temporary Fix? on: October 21, 2004 05:49:30 PM
I bought this really great purple jacket at Value Village for 1.75 for my school spirit day, but because it's tomorrow I don't really have the time to silkscreen it like I planned. Any ideas on a temporary fix I can use for tomorrow but can remove so that I can silkscreen it for the next spirit week? The other color is white and I'm putting something on the back, it would be so much better than earing plain. THANKS!!!
4  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Algae Recipes? on: May 25, 2004 10:15:17 PM
In my marine biology class we are having an algae cook-off, but I'm having a hard time finding something to cook that seems appeitizing enough to tempt picky teenagers to eat. Does anyone have any tried and true algae recipes they could share? Anything would be good, just so long as the algae isn't uber uber rare and hard to get. Thanks.
