Swedish newbie here.

I like the idea with a nordic/scandinavian board. The swaps scare me though - cause i only know how to start projects, have no idea how to finish them. Hope lurking around here will help me motivated to learn how to finish whats started.

I don't know about Stockholm. But you should definitly find good yarn in and around Visby - lots of sheep and crafters  there.
