1  The Art of Florence in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General by Royal Presence on: July 27, 2007 04:00:48 PM
Not that creative, but very inspirational.  I took an old Pimpernell cork backed place mat and cut out images from an old travel book printed in Italy about Florence.  It's pretty neat, except on the left side I have to soften a few images .  Don't know what I'll do with it, but had fun making it.

I don't know how to post a picture:

2  NCAA Bags in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Discussion and Questions by Royal Presence on: April 27, 2006 05:34:19 PM
College bag - that I did using old jeans, etc., wondering a few things.  I want to use some painted beads for the handles and have the handles to add- but don't know where a good supply is rather than have to buy hundreds.  I only want blue and gold/yellow.  I have shown here wooden handles, not a problem.  But I wanted to write on the beads with a sharpie too.  Does anyone have experience with painting wooden beads, should I spray paint them while on a dowel, would that work?  Thanks if anyone has any suggestions.
