1  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Cover up those unwanted logos with help of hotglue and stiching! on: January 30, 2005 07:41:12 PM
My sister changes purses like she does underwear, so i get the leftovers. I liked the purse, but I'm not a fan of hello kitty being exploited- i love her still! So heres the original

And i decided to use my leftover crafting materials for decorate including: beads, fabric, rickrack.
the feathers i took off.... but what do you think of the overall design?

2  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions / Give me advice on my idea for exfoliator! on: December 05, 2004 09:20:10 AM
Hey-
I want to make an exfoliator for a gift and I've come up with an idea...
I have some Fijian coconut fragrance oil- so I wanted to combine it with sugar and put it in a bottle but I have a dilemma...
from what I've read on the posts, there might be a problem with the product spoiling... would fragrance oil and sugar spoil? or should i use salt instead?

thanks! ;o)
