Sorry for the late post.  I was trying to snap a pic of Lana in the awesome pj bottoms from ktlady!!   Lana loves them.  Thank you!!  This grimacing shot was the best my hubby could do...the other pic he took was worse.  Anyhow, it shows off the loviness of the pants.  Smiley

Hi Legerdemain!!!

I'm here!!  You're right it is quiet.  Tonite I'll be working on some beading projects.  I've been having fun playing with my wire jig.  (My sis bought it for me years ago and I tried it for the first time last night.  Now I see why people like it.  Tongue)

I'm planning on clearing out my skulls/body parts on Sunday and putting up my new stuff, so I'll be crafting my buns off this weekend.  Wee!!

Monday is a holiday! *happy dance*

Malina, is there any chance that you'd be offering some feathers as supplies?  My hubby is into fly fishing and when I asked him about the possibility of swapping for some his eyes lit up.

He's interested in wyandottes and silkies feathers, esp.  He likes colors so maybe the others too if that applies.  For his tying body feathers are more useful than flight (wing) feathers, especially neck, back, and shoulder but also belly, etc., but I think he'd be appreciative of anything.

Have fun at the show!

I'd be happy to put them up for him!  I'll gather them up on monday and see what all I can get together.  I also have a bunch of my turkey's feathers if he would want those as well.

Oh, total awesomeness!!  John loved the pics of your pets!!  Smiley  Turkey tail feathers would be cool too, but I think he mainly into the others.  Smiley   Thank you sooooo much!

I read somewhere that you can dye feathers with Koolaid, using a bowl and your microwave. If I can locate where I saw that, I'll post a link later on.  Cheesy
That's cool!!  I wonder if it's the same as for dyeing wool.  Smiley
