But, I substituted a Rye and Whole Wheat flour mix. Because, unless someone requests, we just don't cook with that horrid white, gummy flour.
We only had, oh, 1/4 cup of organic choco chips. So, I made my wife run out and buy a bag. She came back with Ghiradelli Dark choco chips 60% cacao. Everything else I used was organic.
OMG, sooo good. I wish you all could try them.
