dicklovesjane - the bees i drew onto paper, and traced onto the fabric once I'd worked out how much I was going to need, and the radios were hand-drawn. I'm absolutely dreadful at stencilling, and avoid it at all costs, even if it takes half a hundred hours longer

handxhand - it's honestly not that hard, as long as you have a sewing machine. These were all freehand, I used aprilcoccaine's brilliant tutorial for the circle skirts (https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=12439.0), and there are loads of tutorials on pleating floating around here.
