1  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / New Crochet Diamond lace Crop-tops on: September 22, 2007 10:45:51 AM
I LOVE these this season! They are great "cover-ups" for your bikini...(even though they cover nothing!lol) But are also great with a baby
t-tank and jeans Wink I was blessed to have this featured in Esquire...all freehand crocheted in rayon/poly metallic silver and Katia sevilla in silver..... you could easily use "Brilliance" (cant remember what brand that is??lol) from Michaels as well...easier on the wallet Wink
Model is also wearing my "Beach Bum" hipster bikini bottom.

2  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / "Gold Digger" crochet monokini on: September 22, 2007 07:24:54 AM
My Original design, "freehand" crocheted in metallic gold (rayon/lame) really soft Wink I used Katia Sevilla for the trim... Love that yarn, looks like liquid gold! I used shell, dc, sc and picots to create this design and I used tiny hidden drawstring casings in the waist and cleavage for a great fit Wink

4  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / Crochet Bikini *~* Tutorials, Links & Help with Yarns/ Patterns on: April 07, 2006 06:53:20 AM
Until my websites are up and running, I thought I would post all the info. you could need to make your own bikini, have fun! Grin

Try Ebay! I LOVE Ebay for finding cheap and/or discontinued yarns. Try to search the internet for these Yarns/Kits:

And of course Amie's bikini is Gorgeous!

Sock Yarn - Regia Cotton 4 Ply Colors

Coned yarns are more expensive, but better in designing since you wont have any breaks as you go Wink... I crochet all my suits in one continuous piece, so it really helps, and it's actually cheaper than if you bought the same amount in individual balls/skeins!

Try these tutorials:

Think BIKINI instead of socks (same principles of design)

6  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / SEXY "Milkshake" BIKINI... ~makes the boys come to the yard~ on: April 05, 2006 03:44:21 PM
Grin Brings the boys to the yard  Grin

Our exclusive design, all freehand crocheted in superstretch cotton in a fab "Chocolate Milkshake" colorway. I love the cool ring detail  in the center. This suit has Great side coverage on the cups and if you use a tighter mesh on the tummy and double strand the cotton yarn, it hides a multitude of figure flaws and lifts things a few inches higher than they were before  Wink

I crocheted all around the ring for comfort and I used a combination of shell stitch, sc, dc, hdc and scalloped and picot trims! Whew!
7  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Sexy New Lacey Turquoise 1-piece Bikini on: April 03, 2006 05:58:36 PM

I love tons of tiny picots and the bust pattern is my newest design....  believe it or not, the center motif DOES actually cover the "nipplage" (before the netting around the sides starts  Kiss
Only for photography and lingerie, or a Brazillian! Grin

10  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / SEXY Pearls & Shells Halter Bikini (Lowrider) on: September 16, 2005 03:04:56 PM
as usual, freehand-crocheted from my own original pattern in 2 shades of lilac and silver(metallic) I LOVE how the pattern helps the colors blend into one another. This is another custom ordered bikini (not to be wor for swimming, for videos) so I decided to add a little texture with the cables in the back. This halter pattern has full coverage and will be available on the new website!
