Oh, yes. He was busy living in the past (hehe sorry for the pun) and was holding on to them for dear life.  Gee whiz, it was just last year I talked him into giving the Commodore 64 and Vic 20 (printer, software etc) to our friends' son.   Roll Eyes  No, we weren't using them; yes, they were taking up mucho closet space.

Haha.  Whatever would Mr. Fidget do without you???

Now, I have a question.  Would you allow him to create a free-form sculpture with the craft supplies that you've accumulated over the years (but haven't used in ages)? Wink

A couple of times, I placed the fabric in the envelope and sealed it, just to later realize that the little note I wrote was laying on my desk.  Roll Eyes  Oups!

I'm guilty of that too  Embarrassed

I'm glad things are back to normal (well...I guess we'll have to define normal...) Cheesy

Family you see all the time. And you can't put your family in a drawer, that's animal cruelty.

It is?!?  *rushes off to the kitchen to retrieve grandma from the pantry*

MissMeshell, those are wonderful!  I'd much rather have those on my shelves instead of pictures of my family.  Now ya know I'm insane Wink

I just buy fabric I really like, because when I actually think of something to use it for, it probably won't be there anymore, or not on sale, or something... and I just love fabric, and having pretty prints lying around everywhere!
The last time I bought a bunch of different fabrics I loved, I hugged them when I got home  Tongue
I'm insane >_<;;

Yikes.  I'm the same way around fabrics  Tongue  I don't think I'm insane.  Perhaps a tad out of control?  Well, it's not like I'm hurting anyone with my fabric addiction.  Heck, I'm probably good for the economy Grin

My reason for hoarding fabric is simply:

"Because I can!"

Smiley

That answer would be number 2 on my list of five reasons Wink

Mimi, good luck, hon!  It took me 20 years to convince Mr Fidget that he really didn't need to hang on to his 8 tracks.  Smiley

If you do make a lamp, or any thing else for that matter, please post a picture!

You had to convince Mr. Fidget?!?
