I received from fatewineroses today, and let me say, I have been spoiled! She made me the sweetest little felt Lukes coffee cup (with coffee!) that COULD go on my Christmas tree, but will actually end up hanging from my rear view mirror (my car is the same shade of blue!). And I actually EEP-ed with joy at the AMAZING purse she made! That fabric is amazing!!!! Lukes, Dooses, Taylors Soda Shoppe, Miss Pattys, Lorelais house, the gazeebo...and more! She also added some fun extras - amazing chocolates, Gilmore planner stickers, a snowflake bookmark, and birthday crowns!

I have had so much fun, thank you so much, fatewineroses!

3  Sock legs too baggy in Knitting: Discussion and Questions by Brynnolan on: October 27, 2016 08:07:14 AM
Is that common? I used a basic sock pattern, just a vanilla sock, and the foot fits perfectly, but the leg part is very loose fitting. I used Patons stretchy sock yarn. Anyone have any words of wisdom? 😊

4  Project Bag in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by Brynnolan on: October 18, 2016 06:12:57 PM
So, Im' still new to sewing, but I kept seeing these types of project bags online. The only patterns I found were either not exactly what I was looking for, or hard for me to follow. I decided to wing it! The fabric is leftover from another project, since I cut the pieces out wrong on the fabric I WANTED to use, and I had to rip it apart 3 or 4 times to get it the way I wanted it, but I am pleased with the end result!
