So many awesome projects! I am very behind this season, with commenting and posting. I've been crafting, but life has been keeping me busy. I'm hoping to get a project dump up soon. For now . . .

I need to replace my ABC Quilt Research Project with this one:

Research Project Name: National Parks Cross Stitch
Team: Textbook
Brief Description: This is a large cross stitch project that I am about half done stitching. I would really like to finish it in time to give my mother as a graduation gift. I have a little over three weeks to finish it, and it will definitely take me more than 20 hours to finish stitching it. I'm planning to make this a focus project so I can finish in time. Here is my current progress:

Bonus Points:
Project Name: Leprechaun Trap

Brief Description: My son and I designed and created this leprechaun trap. It didnt work, but it was fun to make. This fits the prompt because we were attempting to be catchers of leprechauns.

Project Name: Decorated Canvas Tote Bags
Project Link:
Brief Description: I made these totes using heat transfer vinyl and a plain canvas tote bag. Weeding out all the pieces you dont want can be super tedious, but I LOVE how they turned out. I chose each design based on the interests of my sisters and my mom. I think they loved them too. Smiley

Bonus Points:
Project Name: Ashers Valentines
Project Link:
Brief Description: I always try to find/come up with non-candy ideas for my sons valentines. This year, I swung by the kids party supply aisle at Target and saw a set of little ball mazes. The idea for these valentines popped in my head, and I knew I had to make them. My son helped design the bag toppers by picking his favorite Star Wars inspired font. :p

Prompt: February - Action
Team: Textbook
Bonus Points:
Project Name: Dyed Fabric
Project Link:
Brief Description: I didnt like the fabric I had started one of my cross stitch projects on (actually, I did this for two projects), so I decided to dye new fabric for it. I was originally stitching this design on a pale gray fabric, but I dyed my new fabric a pale aqua. Im so glad I did because my project looks amazing now! When using dye, its important to take precautions so you dont end up dyeing everything in the area where you are working. Ive been lucky and havent had anything destroyed that wasnt easily replaced.

Prompt: February - Horror
Team: Textbook
Bonus Points:
Project Name: Snow Cross Stitch Ornament
Project Link:
Brief Description: I had all of the supplies for this little ornament; I even dyed some white fabric I had on hand to get the color I wanted instead of buying new fabric. The pattern is Snow by Vals Stuff (modified a little). I still need to finish it into it's final ornament form.

Brief Description: I decided to start keeping a Bullet Journal. Im not super artistic when it comes to drawing, but I was excited to do something cute to start my journal off. I already had all the supplies, and Im guessing that the journal page, pencil, erasure, and pens ink I used to make the design are well under $5.
