53  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Re: Easter Nut Hunt! on: April 01, 2014 12:48:55 PM
The more I read, the more I get the feeling that there is a secondary meaning to the word "nut" which is just the same in german...

Oh, and it's a very nice dress; forgot to say while thinking about your problem.

Judging from the folds, I'd say your waist is too tight. Seems the whole back part of the dress is resting on the small of your back. AND you have "pulling folds" from the sides to the zipper at your back.
If you can, let some fabric out of the seam allowances. Maybe the dress will then fall a bit down and smoothen your problems.

Silver would certainly be better. Please, no holes, it's such a beautiful jeans. Well done!

57  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing Machines: Discussion and Questions / Re: Pfaff 1469 advice? on: March 04, 2014 01:26:42 PM
Timing wrong? The needle has to be at an exact point at a certain stage. Not that I know which one that could be. Nor if you can handle that yourself. But if you say it's jamming the bobbin... well, I'd consult a technician.

Your bobbin is the wrong way round.
The little latch is supposed to be at the 12-o-clock-position. Did you put the bobbin the right way in? Holding it in hand, open side facing you, the thread will run counterclockwise ! You pull it into the bobbin-"holder", through the slit...

Sorry, I'm wrong. Yet another different way to correctly thread this kind of bobbin.
Just have a look here, it's page 13:

59  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Let it gooooooo on: February 27, 2014 09:13:31 AM
Size: ca. 7 cm square. Tacked the canvas to a small piece of cardboard and used a selfmade pattern.
Now I don't know what to do with them...

60  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / My little troll on: February 16, 2014 01:22:07 PM
I don't have a bridge, but I do own a troll! If that's nothing...
Meet the troll:

Oh no! The flash scared him, he tries to get away!

He's just 6 cm tall, from feet to the tips of his grass hair. I gave him a glittery finish using embossing powder. After all, he's made from stone - or was it Fimo?
