61  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / gold brown evening purse on: February 28, 2013 12:57:32 PM
As you have already noticed I have an obsession with gathered purses! They are so easy to make!
This one is made of a very soft and sweet fabric which has a pearl gold shine. I used  forest green lining because I love green and brown together. I decorated it with a vintage button instead of bows and flowers. I hope you enjoy it!!!
(the dust on the chair is part of the decoration Grin)

Yesterday I took these photos. Dress and belt made by me.
63  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Gathered denim purse on: February 26, 2013 08:26:06 AM
I made this from a large rectangle of black denim fabric which has one seam at the center back an one at the bottom (which I pleated to make the purse poofy). I didn t put interfacing because of the fabrics thickness and stiffness. It has also a tunnel with elastic at the top to gather. I  made by hand decorative  topstiching with cotton perle thread. It isn't perfectly made but I think it s very cute!

64  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Faux leather puple knot purse on: February 24, 2013 09:22:00 AM
This is a japanese knot purse  made of faux leather and a matching suede for some details in the handles. I lined it with a very pretty thick satin. This project took me hours and hours to complete, as this material was very difficult to handle.

65  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Gathered beige jersey dress on: February 23, 2013 08:04:17 PM
For this dress I used beige jersey fabric with a very beautiful drape and shine, a burda pattern and  a lovely brown ribbon to  add some interest and color.

66  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Plaid purse with a bow on: February 23, 2013 10:05:17 AM
I made this from a large recatngle of fabric which I pleated at the bottom to make it roomy and gathered at the top with elastic. I also put a bottom from an old bag. It opens by simply pulling the elastic, so it is very easy for everyday use.

67  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / mermaid skirt on: February 22, 2013 11:05:45 AM
made of stretchy fabric and a pattern from a very old burda magazine

68  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Faux leather pleated purse on: February 22, 2013 10:44:17 AM

I hope you like my purse! the main body is a simple recangle (it has no seam at the bottom)

69  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Corduroy flower belt on: February 21, 2013 12:42:03 PM
Belt based on tutorial I found on the web. Very easy project!

70  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Lolita purse on: February 21, 2013 10:02:05 AM
Romantic wristlet made of a semi circle gathered at the top with satin ribbon. I made a flower to decorated it and also attached lace to the inside lining.
