artsycandice, I find myself wanting to craft potatoes now. I've no idea what I'd do with them but I want to make them! Cheesy
The stocking nearly fits my foot/leg for a sock! I may have to modify the pattern a bit and make myself some knees socks!

My Christmas stocking:

I need to find and photograph my mittens! I'm working on finishing up a purple/black hat for one of my coworkers.

Prompt: December- India
Team: Fandom
Project Name: Christmas stocking
When I think of sarees, I think of bright, beautiful colors which I used as inspiration for my stocking. You can't really tell from this photo, but the purple in my stocking is a really bright purple (Red Heart SS Amethyst). I used the black as the contrast in an attempt to tone down the purple. In the photo, it seems to work but it's still very bright in person!

Just finished crocheting my stocking for work. I'll post a pic after work because I'm going to take a pic of it hanging on the counter.

Can't wait to see your Frankie! The boys are actually much easier to sew for. It's just I sewed the seam a bit wonky so they pucker up at the back. It won't be visible when he's displayed but I don't want it there.
FabriTac is great for split vinyl. Also, you can buy a vinyl repair kit that is meant for repairing vinyl car seats and it works like a charm, too. I've got a couple Jackson dolls half re-rooted and one's head split so I fixed it that way. I also used it to fill the piercing holes in their faces because the characters I'm turning them into don't have facial piercings Smiley

So I just realized the Doctor's pants don't fit properly. Now he's nude! Lol!
I've primed his face and will try to paint it this weekend since I'm off. I'm also going to try to make him pants that fit and find the sewing pattern for his shirt. And try to finish up the item I'm making for the New Zealand prompt.

I'm with everyone else here: the colors look great together! Now I know what I'll be doing with my spare bits of yarn Cheesy

I think I shall eternally roll my eyes and slam my head when I hear that a man is "too effeminate" or a woman is "too masculine". Variety is the spice of life. Then again, it was a much different time back then.
