1  Miniature Bear in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by imebears on: March 07, 2016 07:36:13 AM

This is one of my latest miniature bears. She is approximately 2 1/2" tall. She is sew completely by hand. Using a polyester fabric. This  is the first I have made out this   fabric. It is too bad you can't feel through the computer because this little bear  is dreamy soft.  She is also a 5 jointed bear. Head, arms and legs all move. She has cut Czech beads for her eyes.

2  Re: I Love Cats or Dogs Swap GALLERY! in The Swap Gallery by imebears on: May 01, 2012 04:31:12 AM
I want to say that I got a great partner again, with rubies-pearls. She made me things that I will use for a very long time.

Isn't the fabric bright and cheery. I got an organizer for my crochet hooks which I did not have. The other two things I had never really heard of. The bracelet is a row counter. The little cats attached to the ring are row markers.  Then she made me the beautiful cat card with a fuzzy kitty on it.

Here is a better photo of the bracelet.

You can see it didn't take me too long to start filling it up with hooks. It is really great and works so well with the flap over the hooks they don't fall out when it is all rolled up.  Thank you ever so much rubies-pearls.

3  Re: Monster Pouch Swap GALLERY! in The Swap Gallery by imebears on: March 26, 2012 02:12:40 PM

This is what I received from my partner Bookie1510 who was a first time swapper and did an amazing job. I got a lunch bag monster, little monster, hand cream and lip balm. All of these she made. The lunch bag has a little pocket in the front which looks like his mouth. all of the colors are great.   This is a picture of the inside of the bag. (with my lunch in it. works great.) The insulated part is separate from bag and can be removed.                                                                                                                 This is a close up  of the little monster with the lip balm in his pocket. She did a great job thank you so much.

4  Re: Fabric Basket Swap GALLERY! in The Swap Gallery by imebears on: February 29, 2012 05:23:28 AM

What a nice way to start swapping. I got two baskets from my partner and a little blue rabbit. I have to keep the rabbit up high as the cat thinks it's hers. Thank you ever so much Susan to a wonder start.

This is the bigger of the two baskets and it is going to sit next to my chair and hold my reading material. Love the flower print so Springy.
