CLM, you're going to love the mat. Nothing sticks to it, not paints, glues, markers, or adhesives of any kind. The most I've ever had to do with mine is swipe over it with a baby wipe or a damp cloth. When I go to paper crafting events, I've found that many people have identical equipment. To identify my mat I finally used a small heart  punch to leave a hole in a corner since nothing else I tried would stay on the mat. Hope you saved the flowers and leaves you punched out so you can use them as masks when printing.

Onyxnox, was the banner done on canvas?

Really like the use of silk embroidery on the ATC. Nice idea for embellishing.

Welcome, janie80! As you sort your photos remember to label them as well. I didn't do that as I was sorting mine, now it's almost like having to sort them all over again. Aargh!

Those chops look wonderful. Bet they smelled even better.

I've only made one never ending card, but since I used it as a literacy tool, it didn't look nearly that cool. The bird prints are wonderful!

Acadian, will you be posting the carrot-cilantro soup recipe? I think my DD#2 might like it. She's vegetarian, so she doesn't eat many of my soups, most of which are meat heavy.

Smeddley, that bunny is cute with or without eyes, but I do like eyes when I make toys.

Abbee, I've been posting photos on my list (p.1) but I'll post the afghan on this part of the thread as well since you asked so nicely.  Smiley

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers. And this is just one more reason I love Craftster - the compassion and caring we show for one another.

Sorry to be so slow to post photos especially when everything was so wonderful. We had a family member disappear Jan.30th. His body was found Sunday but his truck is still missing. We don't know if his truck is in a local lake or if it was stolen. Anyway, my mind has been in such a fog that I didn't realize I hadn't seen this gallery for awhile. I think my computer hates craftster because it keeps screwing up my notifications and won't always let me post photos.

I received from the fabulous kittykill almost a week ago. Hope you haven't given up on me posting, Pam. Photo bomb coming!
First, the really cute vintage style card

Then, a plush heart pillow that's larger than it seems in this photo

Kittykill made me a candy shrine using a box from one of her favorite Valentine candies plus it's the first shrine I've ever received! Lucky me!!!

Candy! I'm diabetic, so Kittykill tracked down sugarfree chocolate turtles (my favorite chocolate candy) and Lindt chocolates. There's also a lips sucker (like a ring pop). Yum! And she packaged the goodies in a sweet little mail box that she decorated for the holiday.

There was a package of chocolate dipped shortbread cookies, a rubber ducky that lights up, and a little pink pig suction toy. If I were a nicer person, I'd give the duck and the pig to my sis-in-law who collects pigs and rubber ducks. Nope! I'm keepin'  these!

Kittykill crafted a papercone for me, cute in its own right, but then she lined it with a vintage handerchief. I had told her that I like "snarky", thus the 'sucker' embroidery. A nearby town holds a Sucker Day annually because they were hoodwinked by a con man decades ago. Rather than let that get them down, they celebrate it every year. I think the last laugh was on the con man.

Finally, I got a large mug that's perfect for hot chocolate or a cappuchino plus a gorgeous example of Kitty's embroidery skills, a felt cup cozy decorated with a heart, flowers, and paisley motifs, all design elements I love.
Thanks, Kittykill! I was so lucky to finally have you as a partner. Lindy, thanks for organizing, in between your trips to Disney, of course!  Grin

CLM, I live with my DD#1's seven cats so I'm okay with the fuzzies. As for teenagers, I taught 12-14 year olds and love them to pieces. They're so funny!

Abbee, so I don't need to make a baby blanket or bibs for you. Got it! That's a shame because I just finished an afghan last night.  Grin

LBBB, for being a newbie to paper crafts, I'd say you're coming along just fine! As for ds's envelopes, I think I'd add quotes, etc. to the back just in case he needs the front for addresses (if he uses them for snail mail).

I keep getting notices from booking.com about special deals to Hamilton. If you keep teasing us with baking goodies, I just may have to show up on your front porch, CLM. Girl child is my buddy so I'm betting she'd let me in.

Smeddley, the dragon and the bird are both so cute, but I'm afraid they'd still be in pieces if they were on my desk. Assembly is what I hate doing the most.

Abbee, is there something you aren't telling us? That's a bunch of onesies!

Primrose, looks like you're using baby pompador yarn. Is this going to be a baby quilt? Pretty colors.

Smmaarrtt, interesting assortment of fabrics. Found your 6" ruler yet?

Finished a child-size afghan today. Photos tomorrow.

Can't use lighted candles because of the cats and kittens. Much too dangerous! Wine is do-able but some moonshine liquor sounds even better. Blackberry or loaded lemonade? 60 proof!

There's a pile of fabric sitting on my sewing table and a quilt block pattern book sitting on my computer desk. If I can just get the two together, I should make short work of piecing the top.
