LBBB, you have one of the biggest hearts on Craftster! Can't imagine what would happen if you, UTM, and AIMR were ever to join forces. The generousity would be stupendous!

Hey, you too!!!   This is making me want to start up another swap where we make superhero capes for each other.  I think that would be epic and we all deserve a cape!

I agree! How about in January to get the new year off to a good start?

Bunny, if we ever meet up we need to play some cards. Hand and foot is one of my favorites!

Lindy, those foxes are so cute. Clever to use the solid color to make them pop off the print.

Wonderful package from AIMR. The chickadee inchie on the card reminds me of the fabulous carved stamps that Onyxnox makes. The blue hearts would definitely bring happiness to my heart.

Sent in my questionnaire last night. Haven't committed to a specific ornament yet but should have that decided and posted later this week. Definitely doing 6 ornaments just so I get 6 ornaments from the rest of you.  Cheesy Always so hard though to choose from all the great offerings.

Any friend of hers is a friend of mine too Smiley  I will post the swap a bit later tonight when I get home from dinner.

So, are you home yet? If not, eat faster! Grin I can hear you laughing at me now.

Ok, questionnaire sent. Now go have a great vacation!

Congrats on your 200th swap! Guess that makes you a legend in your own time, girlfriend. Couldn't happen to a nicer person . . . ya-da, ya-da, ya-da. Seriously though, it means a ton of us have had the good fortune to have been your partners.

I've been in a crocheting and papercrafting mode most of this month, so I'm leaning towards doing a sewn ornament just to have some variety. I have an applique design or a cathedral windows quilted design to choose between, so I'll either do one this year and the other next year or I'll split my offerings and only do a few of each but do them both this year. Hope to get samples made later this week. Then I'll let everyone help me decide which plan to follow.  Cheesy

Bunny1kenobi, making the affirmation cards for the women in your church is such a wonderfully loving thing for you to have done. I hope you also made one for yourself. 1 - because you deserve it. 2 - because everyone can use encouragement. 3 - to divert suspicion in case the women in your church are mystery lovers like I am and try to identify the creator of their cards.  Grin

Tattooedcrafter received the Happy Mail I sent her, so I can post some of the things I sent her now.
I bought Stephanie Barnard's pop-up card die recently so I made a fall card and 6 kits so Tattoedcrafter could customize them or use the pre-cut supplies I sent. The kits are spring, Halloween, fall, birthday, beach, and floral.

I've wanted to try making rosettes. I used cardstock which may have been just a little too heavy to work well or maybe I just needed slightly longer strips. The creases held well but the center kept trying to pop up. I finally resorted to using E-6000, but even it was having problems holding the center to the back base piece. I gilded the edges with gold Texture Luxe by Faber Castell. It was my first time to use it (one of those clearance sale impulse buys I couldn't resist) but I was pleased with the results. Then I created Santa buttons to cover the open holes where the creases met.

She likes cats and most other animals so I used some of my Ephipany Craft punches and covers to make button pieces to embellish her journals or art pieces.

I've never stamped on cork so I unrolled my cork bulletin board material and stamped sea creatues since she likes octopi. Then I used various dies to cut them out. Never could get them to lie flat though, but I think they will when they're glued to something.

I've been working on grandbaby gifts but no photos yet.
