Tough choices, but someone had to make them. Unfortunately that someone was me.  Undecided  Choices have been sent. Now to see which I'll receive and to whom I'll be sending.

Please note that the Cathedral Windows really are a burgundy (dark brownish red) not the bright red that they seem to be in the photo. The camera flash is responsible for the color distortion. I don't want anyone to be disappointed because the colors don't seem to match.

Different fabric worked. Yeah! The original cathedral window design used gold lame (picture an accent mark over the 'e'), but all I found was a stretch tricot version that didn't work the least bit well. Then I was going to use satin, but couldn't locate my stash of it. Found a burgundy polyester in my doll clothes supplies and it worked just fine, although I do feel a little bit like I'm in the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears.

Anyway, I'll be offering Cathedral Window Ornaments. They're two-sided, lightly stuffed, and have a stretchy gold cord for hanging. They measure about 3" square. The center square will vary but will be a holiday themed fabric.

Summer, I'd be happy with either design. You could still offer both by just changing the wording to something like 'glass ball ornament', then personalize the interior design to suit the preferences of the lucky three people who will receive your ornaments.

My original ornament was a massive fail, so I'm trying a different fabric. If that doesn't please me, it's on to the second ornament design.

Glad to see you're joining us, Quaggy! And even better, a chance to add to my Quaggy ornaments.

Mine are cut out. Guess I need to get busy this afternoon and do some sewing.

Started cutting out mine yesterday. Will start sewing later today after I get home from a church picnic.

Lindy, all of the ornaments are wonderful! The star and tree are my favorites, but any of us who receive one of your pieces will be fortunate.
