That's that new $3 Prang Metallic Watercolors that i got last week. i think its from walmart. i got a nice set of pearlized watercolors the other day from hobby lobby with my 40% off coupon. think those were $3.99 for 21 colors. so much affordable fun crap out there i keep finding lately. i am so glad u like the coffee though!

Oooo, how cool!  I've been playing around with watercolors since starting ATCs.  They are quite fun!  I'm gonna have to check walmart for those metallic ones!  I'm using a cheap set of watercolors from Michaels.  I so want to get a set of watercolors that come in the tubes.

EDIT:  Yeah, I bought me a set of pearlescent watercolors from Michaels.  They were only $4.99!  Boo-yeah!

Thanks for the birthday wishes!

That kitty is super-cute and the candy corn looks good enough to eat Wink

*Nom noms the fleecy Candy Corn*  Bleck!  It may look good enough to eat, but definitely not tasty enough.  Fleecy!  ^_^

Thanks everyone!  Its the first time I've ever used a pattern for a stuffie.  I'm quite amazed at my ability to follow directions and use my sewing machine.  lol!  I used kwoozy's bunny pattern (found here:  http://kwoozy.blogspot.com/2006/05/kwoozy-rabbit-and-carrot-pattern.html  ), and of course added different ears and antlers.

And here is the super fantastical package I received from suereal, my adoptive partner.  ^_^

When I opened my stuffie, uncontrollable giggles followed.

Here is the whole kit and kaboodle!  Kitty fabric, candy, kitty charms and needles.  Oh, and my totally amazing stuffie!  He is so playful and crazy!  I think he may have a contact high from the coffee candy bar.

He is made of micro-fleece (?) and his candy corn is made of fleece.  He is so soft and snuggly!  Here he is playing with his candy corn.  Silly kitty!!!

Here is his backside.  This tail is bendable and has wire inside.

I friggin' love my stuffie!  He is bringing me endless amounts of joy!  He will be joining me at work today, because its my birthday and I say so!  ^_^
2646  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: 2011 r3 mini 13 days of Halloween(signups CLOSED. Send outs 25/9) on: August 31, 2011 03:07:14 PM
I. Hate. Sewing. Yesterday I had to seam rip half of what I did and bled twice. I always have to seam rip half of what I do so that wasn't a big surprise. I've been known to seam rip and make the same mistake again (and again.) I'm glad this is a Halloween swap. It doesn't make the blood seem out of place. Grrr.  Angry

I am going to have to do the same thing.  I totally messed it up!  Curse you sewing!

I have done 6 ATCs between last night and today complete and ready to mail out.  Just gotta stop by the post office later today and send 'em on their way!  YAY YAY!  I only have 5 more to go!  Woot!  I'm very proud of all the ATCs I've done so far.  I think they are my best work yet!

omg, 6 days!  that's really quick!  I did the one tiny stuffie swap and my package to Germany took like 2+ months to arrive.  It finally did, after I thought it never would.  I guess it got stuck in customs.

jmiller, you did a great job on all those ATCs!
