I bought this black zip up hoodie at Walmart. But I wanted to spruce it up a bit. So I added a design to the top left side. Put some stars coming out of the right pocket and put a little skull on the bottom back. I only have pictures of the top left side though. The other pictures didn't turn out. All in all, I think it turned out pretty well for doing it with fabric paint.

Edit for better instructions:I got the design from a site called dobi.net But I made some changes to
it to make it a little more personal. Then I drew the image onto cardboard
to make a stencil (one for the heart symbol and one for the bleeding heart
image) and used fabric paint to paint the red on first, let it dry and then
the white cutout lines.
