Nah, I don't think so - some power plant company bought out the town.  Some people still live there, and try to protest the fumes and smog, but yep.. good ol' power plants.

Seriously, am I the only knitter in SE Ohio?

Jeez.  I've seen two old women buy yarn here, but they crochet.

How sad.

You have to be in my head or something!

I designed a hat, somewhat similar.  A few variations.  All seed stitch, with a band of lace ribbing, in which I have a ribbon from Victoria's Secret.

Beautiful hat by the way, and you're way cute!

Hoorah! First post!

Hi! em.. I'll ba making this soon - as soon as the aching in my shoulders goes away.

I have a few quesions, please!

1. Inc 1 st at each end of next row and every foll 12th row, taking inc sts
into rib pattern
, until there are 38(42, 46) sts.

What does the bolded text mean, exactly?

"And finally, before the armholes, it should say:

Work 11 more rows (before the cast off rows).

So the second sleeve and the back are ok, but the first sleeve is wrong."

I don't know where to place this. I looked at the pattern, and I thought it should go before the "BO 2 sts at beg of next 2 rows. [34(38, 42) sts rem.]" part. Yes? No? Sad Am I dumb or what?

One more!

Rep last 2 rows 2 times more.

Next row: Inc 1 st at beg of next row
Next row: Inc 1 st at end of next row

That means, after I repeat the previous 2 rows, 2 times, I inc 1 at the beginning of the next row, yes? Or should I work a row in the rib pattern?

Sorry, ha ha.   Embarrassed
