1  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / FoxPool on: April 20, 2017 02:39:34 PM

To go along with my daughter's Easter Sloth (https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=452148.0)
I made my son a Fox-pool using another Dolls And Daydreams pattern and Deadpool cotton from Spoolmonkey.
The swords and belts are just felt strips glued together.

I had a lot of fun adjusting the pattern to make him Foxpool and since I just got a brother dream machine, I was able to use the camera feature on my embroidery machine and line up the black eye circles perfectly.
Thanks for looking
2  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Gotta Wear Them All on: April 14, 2017 05:24:31 PM
My Daughter absolutely LOVES Pokemon, especially Mudkip. So I made this special outfit for her for her Birthday this month.

This Outfit was a ton of fun to make and I sewed it all on my new Dream Machine. I usually use my serger for knits but this pattern needed a bit more control then you can get with a serger. I love the heart cut out on the back and plan to make another top like this soon. Now she wants me to make some matching leggings for her American Girl doll.
Thanks for looking
3  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Easter Sloth on: April 14, 2017 04:47:12 PM
So I was thinking the Easter Bunnies getting a little too Narcissistic for my tastes and decided to make my daughter an Easter Sloth for this Easter.

He was fun and annoying to make. I got the Shaggy minky from SpoolMonkey and I love it. However it is a little difficult to use. First off you get fluff everywhere. I was able to stuff the arms, legs and some of the head with clipped off extras of the shag. I am thinking for the next doll, I am going to use some Glad press and seal to stick the fur down and out of the way. I also used a Dolls and Daydreams In the hoop pattern. I think I will only do the outline and face ITH and take it out to sew the body separately.
I hope you like him. Thanks for looking
4  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / It's bigger on the inside on: April 14, 2017 04:32:59 PM

This is my Captivating Clutch, March's Bag of the month. I really like this purse, however I was super dyslexic with the pattern and felt rushed, my machine was acting up, etc. So this is my adjusted finished purse.
I wrote a blog about all the touch ups I made to make this purse better, if you are interested.

5  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / You won't find these on the floor on: April 06, 2017 02:36:27 PM

I made these for my sister's birthday. She has everything, so I thought this was a nice simple gift you can always use. She loves tigers and her house is all jewel colours, so I used this fabric. the design is a bit big for the pattern but I really love how they turned out.
I plan to make a lot more of these.
6  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Rainbow Ribbon Hair clip organizer on: March 29, 2017 06:21:12 PM

I made this using a machine embroidery design meant I think for a baby mobile, I added some ribbon to the bottom to make a hair clip organizer. It turned out so cute, next time, I think I will use all shades  of blue ribbon to make it like rain. You can see my collection of random hair clips I have made. It's really great for bulkier items that are harder to store (like the light blue cat ears), or felt clips that might get dirty or broken it just tossed in a drawer.
7  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Alice in Wonderland Hobo on: March 29, 2017 06:07:53 PM

Anther purse from my storage, this one is a double sided Alice in Wonderland Hobo purse with Eat me on one side and Drink me on the other. It has a magnetic clasp closure and an adjustable strap.
8  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Quirks and Sass and ALL things Bada$$ on: March 29, 2017 06:02:58 PM

I love this little over the shoulder backpack, it's a really nice size, perfect for jogging(not that I would know) or walking the dog and any other such hands free activities. It has a pocket on the front with a magnetic clasp.
The pocket says "Quirks and Sass and all things Badass thats what This girl is made of" sorry its a bit blurry.
9  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / "Is that a decapitation on your purse? on: March 29, 2017 05:57:43 PM

I had fun making this walking Dead purse. I mean how many people can say that their purse has a decapitation on the front. I really love the look of the stripped lining on the inside. It's been in storage, so it needs a bit more reshaping.
10  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / The Doctor meets Paperman on: March 29, 2017 05:54:17 PM

I had this purse I made while ago in storage and decided to share, its a little flat, I need to reshape it a little. Its a Nora swoon pattern. I really love this pattern and I had so much fun making it. I put a cute little embroidered patch on the side, That I think just makes the bag.
