1  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Five-legged calf on: March 06, 2011 07:48:23 AM
My animal anomaly #3...the calf with a fifth leg. Grin
Made from super sculpey and mounted on glass.

2  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Pug Boy on: February 22, 2011 01:30:52 PM
Hello again!
Another animal anomaly. =)
The head was a plastic baby doll that I sculpted a pug face onto (using polymer clay). Over that I used homemade paper mache clay to get a rougher, fur-like surface. I'm still searching for a fitting outfit for the body.

3  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Two-headed piglet on: February 22, 2011 01:19:03 PM
I've been really interested in old sideshow acts and circus "freaks" lately, so i'm working on several
anomalies, both animal and human. This two-headed pig is the first in my series made from polymer.
It was so much fun to make!

4  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Dying in Taiji - dolphin sculpture on: November 26, 2010 01:21:21 PM
This is my first post and my second paper mache project. It was inspired by The Cove documentary about the dolphin slaughter in Japan.
Before viewing the pictures please be aware that it does show "blood" and might be upsetting to some.  Wink
Made from newspaper, paper mache, paper mache clay, tape, wire, aluminum foil, screws, acrylic paint and varnish on a wood base.

Thanks for looking, and check out www.thecovemovie.com or www.dolphinproject.org if you'd like to learn more!
