1  Re: knitted skull hats in Knitting: Completed Projects by goescrunch on: May 31, 2005 01:12:11 AM
i don't have the exact graph for it on my computer, but i have this one which is basically the same skull, only a bit smaller to fit on a kids hat, enjoy:

Thanks for sharing ANY chart. That's really sweet of you. Most in your position would have been more along the lines of, "F'k you, buy from me!"

My friend Kimberly was all, "zOMG, I am sick with the flu! Don't show that pic to anyone!" So, I tiled the hell out of it. ::rolls eyes:: She's so lame. She can be sitting around all pretty and shit, but if her hair is out of place, or she's not loaded with a ton of makeup, she'll panic about being unattractive. Don't you want to smack girls who do that??? I do... I want to scream, "DAMN YOU! ECZEMA ALL OVER MY FACE! I WOULD KILL FOR YOUR SKIN!!!" Okay, so not ALL OVER my face, but my upper cheeks, between my eyes and under my eyebrows... Yea, bad inflammed itchy flakey skin when it flares up. It's terrible. ;_; Her skin = Pretty, soft, silky, NOT DRY!!! HEALTHY!

We're not completely finished. She wants a red satin ribbon through the black, and my mom is going to crochet a pair of lil cherries to tack onto the side. Instead of a bow being tied on the side, the cherries are getting tacked onto the ribbon where the ends meet. Still, it will be cute... She LOVES cherries...

BTW, you should have expected this to be a hit. It's so pretty...

P.S. You were the one that finally pushed me to try something with circular and dpn's. Smiley I used a 16 in circ up until the decreases, then I transferred over to the dpns to finish it off. OMG, I thought I was going to die for the longest while working on it. At one point I got so frustrated I almost cried. I put it down, cuddled my kitty to calm down, then went at it again. YAY! Now I'm over my circ and dpn phobias!
