25  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Tulle Immitation? on: May 22, 2005 12:45:37 AM
Well, I want to make a skirt, and I just bought the fabric I want for it... and now I'm broke. I really wanted to do the tulle underneath for that poofy-type look, you know? But here's the problem.. I'm tulle-less. Is there any way I can mimic that poofiness without tulle?

I hope I don't sound stupid...  Cheesy
