I am loving this tute -- I desperately need to make bigger diapers for my little one -- you said that you have a pdf of the file -- any chance you can email it to me: nvdcntrygirl@yahoo.com!

The gussets are ingenious -- I have trying to figure out how to make them and I really like the way you did yours -- other ones I have seen have not been as functional.  I like the idea of using the disposable diaper as a pattern -- I also like the idea of making the tabs out of elastic -- I would have never thought of that (and out of all the diaper sewing patterns I have -- none of them have done that!)
