I'm getting help with the quilt center Cheesy

Some blocks are half an inch short, and some almost half an inch too large, but it's working out with some slight sloppyness Smiley

Sent! 30sek postage each was added to the two I had in both groups, but it says 6St (pcs) at least Cheesy no idea why it says domestic, but it's just a value anyway, domestic or international stamps don't make a difference.

Great blocks Brandy! And I'd missed artmom's latest blocks! Love the schizo chickens. They make me so happy.

I'm going to finish(?) some blocks after lunch and post some pics. Yesterday was the craft fair. I now have no money. Cheesy but some great refills. One shop even had a good selection of solids, in other than odd bedsheet colors! Weighed up by that this one quilt shop wouldn't cut any fabrics less than a yard, annoyingly. I think they've misunderstood their genre. I would have bought a total of a lot more than a yard if I could have picked and chosen from the bolts, but oh well.Their loss!

May not look huge, but that's $200 right there. Cheesy will be doing boxed lunches at work this month LOL. Cool suggestions for mini jelly roll quilts welcome!

Uploaded Stacked blocks for sloth. Color representation is shit, it's hard to get a good photo now that it's getting dark. The best color shot was right after I'd turned my back and the smaller cat promptly jumped up and sat on the blocks -.- soz

Right. These are my musings. I think I'm actually going to go with blues on white, because it's neutral and fur-resistant colorwise. Purple on white is really nice too though, hmmm....

18  Cat sofa in Pet-Related Crafts: Completed Projects by Melladh on: August 10, 2015 10:36:54 PM
I made a cat sofa for bubblegum_phoenix in the cat lovers' swap in 2009, and while I've posted a completely different style cat sofa many years ago, I'm pretty certain I never posted this Smiley

It's made from regular mattress foam which I had cut to shape in the store, and then measured out the mantles of each side, sharp corner to sharp corner. Ignoring the overlapping parts, I then sewed a cover to dress it in based on those measurements.

Loving all the blocks that have turned up Cheesy

Just popped in to say I found us a wine. Maybe you've seen it? It might be shit, and I don't even like wine, but it's theme appropriate dammit!
