I'm on it! Stupid postal service. Losing my pretty envelope. I'm fairly certain the postal service around here hates me because that's the second time in 6months that I've had a package lost (first time it was backup discs I ordered, DC# said it was at the post office of the decent sized city roughly half an hour from me and it apparently never made it to my post office.)
I have been absolutely swamped with work, however I now have plans for my final two projects and should be gathering missing supplies tomorrow (today since it's 1am here?) or Thursday. Guess I'll have to find a post office near campus to mail from though. I really hope boystress likes all of her goodies
I finally have a solid idea for my medium item. I should start gathering supplies this weekend (probably on Monday actually). I may play around with definitions to make one idea work. Or maybe I'll just include it as an extra. Boystress has definitely presented me with a challenge with her verb choice. I haven't had a challenging craft really.
I'm so glad for partners! However, I'm having to push this on the back burner until after the 5th b/c I have a project due that I haven't even started. I'm a procrastinator when it comes to things I don't feel like doing.
Since my swap partner finally received, I can finally post the trinket box I made her. This was the first time I've tried painting anything in a good long while, and I'm extremely pleased with the way it turned out. She mentioned she loved hippie themed things, so I decided mushrooms would be perfect. I don't know about anyone else, but it made complete sense to me. Anyways, onto the pictures!
