As log as I can remember I didn't like meat very much and since the age of eight I rarely ate it, today I'm 29.
Apart from its taste there are so many things you can find inside a piece of meat (tendons, blood vessels, gristle, slimy fat ...
) that made it impossible to me to eat meat with pleasure. Plus I'm not fine with the conditions under which most of our meat is "produced", that's why I prefer veggies.
But I'm no real vegetarian; I eat fish occasionally and in the past there were a few occasions when I ate meat though I didn't like it (invitations of people who didn't know about my preferences ...).
