1  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Dr. Horrible Cross Stitch on: February 09, 2009 12:59:20 PM
This is absolutely fantastic!  Very well done too.

Now, I am all inspired to put down my other projects and capture my favorite geek TV lines in needlepoint.

Hey everyone, thank you for the kind words, I am glad you all liked it.  I was so excited to finish it Smiley

I have found my final draft pattern notes, which were very different from where I started 8 months ago, so I will be refining those and posting them to my blog.

If anyone started a hack, hold tight, I will have better instructions by next week.

Love those!  Great choice of cloth to start, the red looks fantastic against it!  Love the fortune cookies, how clever.

That is really great.  You did such a nice clean job, and the pattern is super cute.
7  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Twilight Replica ::Bella's Mittens:: With Pattern on: January 15, 2009 01:09:05 PM
This is a great pattern.  I made a pair, it only took two nights and everyone at work wants a pair.

I blogged them here: http://thea-trical.blogspot.com/2009/01/so-little-time.html

9  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Resin Knitting Needles - TUTORIAL ON PAGE 6!!!!!!!!!!!!! on: January 15, 2009 11:35:57 AM
This is the most awesome Resin tutorial.  I have been meaning to play with Resin for a while but have not found a project that was inspirational enough.  I think this might be it!

I have read craftster for a while now, but never had anything I felt was worthy of the site until now.  I started this hat 8 months ago and finally got around to finishing it last night.  I guess it took the energy of anticipation of a new season of Battlestar Galactica to finish.

I have removed the rough pattern, and will be posting an official pattern later this week.  I found my final draft notes that were very different from the original.  I apologize to anyone who started the old ones, and ask you to check back in for a better pattern.
I blogged a very rough idea of a pattern at http://thea-trical.blogspot.com/2009/01/happiest-cylon.html

It is Raveled at http://www.ravelry.com/projects/wonderfallz/cylon-centurion
