They do a lot of neat stuff.  I just need to start experimenting with it more.  Worth the money for sure if you get enough use out of it!

They have so many awesome designs in the online store.  Now that I have two cutting mats it's like a little card making factory in my craft room.  Just need to find a better way to glue the pieces together...

My partner and I have both sent and received in the spool swap so I hope to get feedback soon so I can come play!
4435  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Lots of Note Cards on: June 06, 2014 03:45:49 PM
One of my goals this year was to get more familiar with my Silhouette Cameo considering the amount of money I spent on it.  I thought I would be able to plug it on in and just start creating.  Well things of course didn't work out that way... I think that after two years this is one of my more successful projects using it.

I made a variety of different note cards for a few different swaps I have been in recently.

A pretty bird

A peacock

Mama and baby fox

And a whale, some geometric designs, and a leaf

The red is done with backstitch and looks so much nicer!  Had I had more time I probably would have ripped out all the black and redone it.  Dang deadlines!

I made this hoop for alwaysinmyroom in the Ongoing Wish Swap.  I bought the pattern from ActsofCraftiness' Etsy shop  It started as a cross stitch pattern but I just traced it an embroidered it since I don't cross stitch much.  I tried using the stem stitch on the words but looking at it now I don't like it and will probably go back to using the back stitch for letters and such.

I claimed alwaysinmyroom for a package in the Ongoing Wish Swap and since she has received I can post what I made her.  I claimed her for note cards and a surprise.

Here are the note cards.  I made two of each design with my Silhouette Cameo

I also sent this hoopla along as the surprise.  Please ignore my washing machine!  I have good lighting in my laundry room...
