1  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / small created book for the boyfriend, hearts ahoy! on: January 20, 2005 05:40:37 PM
My first forte into bookmaking, I made this little book for him, for Christmas. I used some 80lb water color paper as the plain white paper and went to town with some scrapbooking paper, vellum, and rubber cement. I decorated a bunch of the pages and some of the others I only bordered them, so I could write in the sonnet I had written for him. In addition to an English sonnet I also wrote a haiku, a fun free verse, and finally a Petrarchan sonnet.
Ah, love for English majors! heheh  Wink

Also, I did a very small coptic binding (which I found to be very difficult with only eleven pages!) but I seem to have completely not taken any pictures of it Sad

thanks! Smiley
