is how to ice a cake i the blessed stuff, and from experience having tried to make sugarpaste to Ms Asher's recipe and having the flipping stuff crumble on me, I went out and bought a box of "regalice". it's white, available from asda, tesco and sainsbury's and doesn't taste too bad. Supercook also do one but it tastes kind of funky.
