These look AMAZING!!

Could you maybe spread the mix in a square pan, (maybe coated with non-stick cooking spray) cut them into squares and make your own petite-fours? IS the texture more cream-like or cake-like?

Many decorator and wallpaper suppliers GIVE ENTIRE BOOKS full of swatches away when the lineage is discontinued.  Shocked  During a Design class, I went a little bonkers and swiped over 20 from various locations.  I use the pages for wrapping gifts, (small boxes and books) as well as cards, collages and my kids love using it for their own projects.

This might  b e useful for scrapbooking too, many wallpaper designs have characters, small images or prints that can be individually cut out.
