Thanks, one of our major supermarkets uses yellow bags so they were easy but the black bags are a bit rarer, I had to buy fabric or notions to get those (oh the sacrifices we make), fortunately I didn't need too many.

Hello,
here is one of my latest creations

I got the idea from a book called "hook, loop and lock", then changed the design to suit me.  The base is the plastic mesh from an old amplifier and I locker hooked the plastic bag strips onto it
here is an in progress shot

I didn't know what to do with the floats on the back so it's a bit of a mess underneath

it took quite a few weeks mostly cause it left my hands sore so I did it in small bursts.  Having said that I have a floor mat (in wool this time) for inside on my to do list and have even thought of a funny recycled quote for it.
Anyway here is an "action shot" of the mat at my front door
