7  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / Re: How do you store your yarn? on: January 07, 2009 09:45:55 AM
I actually purchased a yarn winder.... greatest thing!  I spent an entire day with my daycare kids going through my yarn and winding it.  Now, I have them stored in see through containers in my closet.  I always hated it when you start crocheting and it gets hung up.... when you wind it, it does away with that.

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a six sided crocheted rug pattern.  They ones that I have seen use three or four stands of yarn and use a Q hook.

Soldiers Angels also accepts items for Veteran's and Soldiers.  I have been making tons of stuff....  The list changes, but I mainly am now working on lap afghans and stocking caps for the various Veteran's facilities.

They also want: infant items for expectant military personnel or their spouses, wheelchair totes and ornaments.

If you are interested, please contact them or drop me a line...
