i seriously think that if you put these on the adult swim boards, they would feature you on a bump! (they've done it before...)
great job!

5  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re: Fabric softener sheets for the dryer? on: June 28, 2009 03:31:57 PM
well, if they still smell nice sometimes i put them in my plastic drawers to keep them smelling fresh and not like plastic...(i don't have a real dresser, my room is too small)
6  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: XL T-shirt to Teddy, my first recon! ***NOW WITH TUTORIAL*** on: June 14, 2009 12:41:57 PM
I'm TOTALLY new too this, so I love hearing how other people have done it!
Thanks for the input!

Really? could've fooled me!! you did such an excellent job, especially with making the top fit you right! (that's the hardest thing for me to do...it always comes out too big or too small for me ;P)
7  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: XL T-shirt to Teddy, my first recon! ***NOW WITH TUTORIAL*** on: June 12, 2009 06:32:58 PM
alright, i was so inspired by this, i decided to make it! I've been down in my hobbit hole of my basement sewing room ALL DAY making it lol
couple of things i found though, 1) if your putting a bias tape on your cups, there's no need to sew them right sides together and flip them inside out, just sew them wrong sides together and trim the seam if needed, and 2) if you're sewing the waist band to the bottom flowy part of your shirt, again there's no need to turn it inside out, the seams will be hidden in your shirt...this will cut down on the bulk of the seams. (i'm not saying you were wrong, it's just a different way of doing things =P)
i'll be sure to post the results when im done!

10  UNITED STATES / Indiana / Re: College for the crafter on: February 27, 2009 11:51:55 AM
Valparaiso has a good graphics program, but it's a small private lutheran college, if that's your thing.  I go there and im not lutheran, and they don't really beat religion over your head there. also, it's one of the top private colleges in the country, so you'll have a good chance of getting a job afterwords.  HOWEVER it is VERY EXPENSIVE! they're bleeding us dry here now. the only way i'm going is because my mother works there and i get tuition remission. (i am in no way rich...)
That's about the only college i know about, i think IU has a good program too though.
