Title: Soda Can Cuff
Post by: Magpirate on October 12, 2013 06:05:43 PM
I stumbled across this thread (https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=209046.msg2239017#msg2239017) from several years ago, about cuffs and pendants made from aluminum drink cans.  I wanted to see if I could make a similar cuff so I gave it a shot.  My attempt didn't turn out as polished as the ones I was trying to emulate, but I believe the original poster used a different metal as a backing and edging material, while I just folded the edges of my strip of can back in on themselves.

If I decide to make more of these, I'll get some sheets of brass or something and back them with that...

This is kinda cool looking, I love the coloured area you used for the bracelet.
