These are from Oath Keeper. She raised these buns herself. I can't believe the tortoise didn't hide from a bunny kiss. So cute. And the halloween card has all of her favorite elements. If you stare at the ghost, the paper and pigment variation creates the illusion of swirling fog.

Organizer note: Please be sure to post pictures of the cards you receive! We love seeing the work done and it's a nice little shout out to those who have created these mini works of art!

I received my Repo-themed ATC from Oath Keeper:

She said it's modeled after one of the posters, with a twist from the song (which has been stuck in my head since I opened it). Thanks!

Alright, now that my camera has a new memory card, I can share the ATC I got! Well really I got two but one is a secret and can't be shared. I know, not fair lol. But anyway I got a pintrest inspired ATC from rockingbearranch. It's based on a Harry Potter picture I pinned and it's not your normal ATC. You can flip it over and open it up to pull out feathers (straight from rockingbearranch's own ranch) just like its a real mini shop connection :)

here is the absolutely adorable card that Oath Keeper made for my Odd Pet names for a Loved One theme. It is definitely a super squeeee! She uses this name for a dear friend of hers.

She also made a cat themed card which I cannot stop looking at, it is so wonderful and magical.

the kitty is up in space and the ball is the sun. it is an understatement to say that I love this card!!  O K, I want to know about the white areas around the kitty... it is erased or painted on white? Very cool. I love the stars on the cat and the colors of the sun.
Thank you so much for these awesome cards!!

I'm glad you like the kitty so much blupaisan :D As for the white around the cat, I just didn't color it with the black so the normal white color of the card would still be there :)

The Harry Potter card is really cool!
And I love the cat in space, too. Awesome cards so far :)

Today was a great day for ATC's. I got THREE in the mail today :)
First is from Blupaisan for my "alot in common" quote. It's a sweet old lady in a coffee shop with a young, tattoo and piercing cover punk :) As someone who fails completely at the human figure I love ATC's that have the human form drawn so well.

Second is from Rockingbearranch for my famous pets theme. It's the super fluffy Coco Spelling, pet to Tory Selling, and relative to some of rockingbearranches own chickens!

Last is from ChameleonHouse for my Buffy the Vampire slayer. It's Spike (this guy will never stop making me smile I swear ^.^) saying a quote of his that I love. "Come on... Vampires! Grr! Nasty! Lets annihilate them, for justice and for... the safety of puppies!.... And Christmas, right? Lets fight that evil! Lets kill something! Oh come on!" And I think you indeed did him justice. Especially his glorious cheekbones ;) and the puppy lol.

I received from blupaisan for my collage theme. She claims to be bad at collage, but as we see here, not true. I also have always wanted a hobby farm, and it would probably literally look like this, lol. Love the pig and especially the sheep. Thanks blu!

I received a mixed media chicken card from CDEeeek. It has a layer of 'chicken wire' tulle which creates a cool effect with the gold laced feathers. I have a couple of these sweeties who beg treats from hand.

This groovy camper is from MandyKaye. Love it!

Here is the Sailor's ABC card, my first of the alphabet, from MandyKaye. It rocks! I so love roping and glad she used it here. From the great start, I can't wait for more to claim me for this theme.
She also sent nautical charms which I am gonna use, and this gorgeous greeting card

I also received from ChameleonHound for my All Natural Challenge. The creator is to use natural materials only in the whole construction!

The list of ingredients is long! Grass, corn leaves, cedar, pine needles, black-eyed susans, birch bark, oregano, aspen leaf, charcoal (bonfire leftover) and cotton thread. She titled it "Passes for Grasses." It is wicked cool. It even smells great!
Plus, she made this adorable card

I really laughed when I opened this!

Thanks so much, ladies. Great job on both themes!!

Blupaisan made this sweet Winnie the Pooh Game card. The little Winnie is on a pin that moves the character around the board. It is a real game from the 60s that she still has. Too adorable!

I received from mandykaye for my "unsolved crimes" She sent me a card what looks like a missing persons sign, for Etan Patz. Though people have confessed to the crime, no one really knows what happened. I remember the news stories when it happened, and it changed all of our childhoods. On a cheerier note, she also sent me an extra of doodles and some scraps in a nice card. I love it all!

They are for my themes "...and there's a chameleon on there!" and "appliances with facial hair"

The cards are called "fanfare for facial hair" and "content chameleon".
I love both of them! The fan is great; what a lovely way to greet Movember a few days early :)

I received a a wonderful jackalope card from kosmicgirl today. It reminds me of a time when I was working very early mornings, and while waiting for my ride to work one morning I saw two sweet bunnies dancing and hopping under the full moon. It was like a dream.

This is called "Moon Gazing":

Thanks!

Wow, kosmicgirl you are really hot right now. Beautiful cards and such variety. And I got one too!

She writes that she had to try 5 times to get this right. She says OK, but I think it is fantastic. She says the frost on the pumpkin is to cover up some gluing messes...by the way, some of my best finishing touches are to cover up mistakes.

The card opens and out pops a pumpkin. I love it!

And the outside of the card, which did not come out very well in the photo.

Life has been beyond crazy here so I am behind in posting on all boards. Here is the Gardening card that heini made for me

Awesome! I love how she attached the tool tags with ribbon. I also like cards that one is able to manipulate and move about, like this one.
I will show the back because it is pretty, too with a flower I have seen but cannot id just now

Thank you, heini. I have a sudden urge to dig in the dirt...

This is the interesting  card I got from JillHogan for my nonpaper theme. My alltime  fave color combo, don't know how she knew that... It is so cheery. It is sparkly felt with pipecleaner added and itsy bitsy pom poms on twisty wire. So cool! She spoke of turning the card different ways to get new perspectives... it works!
Thanks so much, Jill. I love it!

I received a most intriguing card from rockingbearranch on my theme The Urn You Want  Your Ashes in .

I MUST know more about this, rockingbearranch!
She wrote "Negative space, line, color, etc. are significant to the meaning of this piece."
The bit coming out of the bottom of the tree looks rainbowish.
The ubiquitous turkey feather came with it. My kitten is veeeeery interested!
Thanks rockingbearranch. Can't wait for more info on it if  you are willing.

Next, from CDEeeek, on my Fave Carpenter's  Song

It is "Superstar". I love it!! the wee heart on a chain is so touching. I love how the lyrics are on a postcard. And the return to sender info is so appropriate!
Thanks CDEeeek. It is an awesome piece!

I kinda cheated by cutting a piece of store-bought felt to specifications, and then needle-felting onto that. ;D

Here's a cool Day of the Dead themed card from Rosie1981:

It's called "La Catrina", and is done with watercolor and ink. It has a lot of depth to it; it's really cool!

Whoops, I did not sent the witchhippie card. I wish I had, but I didn't. It is a wonderful card!

I did receive one from blupaisan...she sends the best cards. This one was for my dimensional theme, but it also fits my color theme. I want to hang it on my bedroom door...my room! But since I share a room with my sweetie...we shall have to see about that. Right now it's on my front door. Just so you know it is MY house. (again I share this house....this should be fun.)

I love the Scrabble tiles and and the little lady bug. So sweet and fun. And hey, that's 7 points!

They are glorious as her art is always amazing. They did both put me in a way better mood when I received them. Sorry for the delay in getting the pictures posted. amazing!!! This one came with little bird feathers in the envelope!  It is inspired by Mr. Hitchcock!

This one moves!!!!!! It moves!!!! It's aliveeeeeee!!! (Note to self. I really enjoy ATCs that move.)This is all you need to know about this ATC. It is awesome. FACT. It is beautfully colored. FACT. But... IT MOVES!!!! I AM IN LOVE with the movey part.

I got an ATC from blupaisan, and a bunch of extra goodies too!
First of all, the card it came in was awesome! The front and the back!

The back says "Doctor Horrible-Face's Decompo-Sing-Along-Blog... Coming to a theatre near you!" It's a fantastic combo of things I love - zombies and Dr. Horrible :D

Here's the ATC itself, which is a spitting image of my house. The theme was "The best thing about fall", and the card is "Trees on Fire".

And here's all the extra goodies! Lots of crafting paper, and even a pressed daisy! The sheet music in the middle is what the ATC was wrapped in.

Thanks Meg!!! ;D

It's always a pleasure to browse this gallery, so much art in so many different styles. My recent favourites are the Hitchcock inspired one and Thomson & Thompson (though for me their names are Dupond and Dupont).

I know them by their french name too :) Here in Germany, I believe they are called Schulze & Schultze...

made by rockingbearranch, theme is sarcasm. she must know I adore cats. What an awesome image!! This guy's name is Mr T.  Oh, doesn't he look sooo pleased with his new duds?
thanks rbr. It is a great one.

cmarion3 chose my theme The Urn you Want Your Ashes in...
she said she struggled with this for awhile, but the outcome is wonderful! And very very clever. the ashes are in a 'timeless' hourglass! How cool is that??!!  If I ever choose the ashes route for myself, I would surely do this.
I love the word beside it - very fitting- and I love the twigs that frame the hourglass. Natural bits on a card always perk me up.
thanks, cmarion3. I truly love it.

Also included in the envie was this extra... a wonderful inchie house that is just my style and a blank one for me to play with! Yay, I am totally addicted to these houses now... such a great extra!!

A lovely, albeit somewhat macabre idea. I can just see some highly energetic kid turning the ashes over and over and over.... !  :o
Love the card, the colours are wonderful!

That really is a very clever idea! And I love the attitude on the cat card before it, too.

I received from rockingbearranch, my theme was "just the border". She did a great job, and my husband took an interesting shot of the card with a vintage background. I believe I will use that paper with this card for an assemblage! TY rbr!!!

I received this Valentine version of Bingo from CDEeeek. This is my fourth Bingo card...four corners!

Chameleon Hound did this cool graphic Q tip paint card. Love it. I've been staring at it.

Got this hillarious Spoonerisms card from Rosie1981 featuring Runny Babbit!

Words are "Runny got the Pickon Chox and had to bay in sted with sped rots on his belly and sped rots on his head. His friends all gave him sickon choup, bumgalls, and bicorice lends."

AND, she made me a sequel...

Really made me laugh! I was lucky enough to pull out the cards from the mailing envelope in the correct order. Such a great use of Spoonerisms!! Thanks so much, Rosie1981.

I received this wonderful ATC from ChameleonHound for my extinct animals theme:

It's a Paradise Parrot (Psephotus pulcherrimus) which used to live in Australia.

She also included this great Firefly card (I'm a huge Joss Whedon fan).

Oh no, the parrot's eye fell off! I guess I didn't do a very good job gluing it, but it was super tiny.

Now we know why he went extinct. I like cards with partial books pages recreating a new idea with old words.

I never guessed there was an eye missing - I just thought it was a design feature.  I think that speaks well for your work, ChameleonHound!

Okay, finally got the camera charged and had a few minutes to post my last ATC from this swap. I feel bad about how long it took me to share this awesomeness!:

This one was crafted by CDEeeek for my "Unloved Spooky Critters" theme. It's an Argiope Spider, known for making beautiful webs. I really like how the webbing on the card was done!! Beautiful!

I'm finally getting some time to post pictures.  All the cards look great!
I received two cards this past week from Helcura and Blupaisan.

From Helcura for my love of color and the card she sent it in, which is going to be cut into an ATC.

From Blupaisan for meditations and some extras (little magnets)

Thanks!  I love my cards   ;D

I almost forgot these great Wednesday Addams cards from CDEeek!  I apologize...

She made two because her first one wasn't great according to her but I love them and that's all that matters anyways.  And she sent me some extras for future ATC or whatevers.

Here are a couple of pictures of the Wednesday Addams ones for Rosie. I tried to do a pencil drawing of the scene from Addams Family Values where she blends in with the wall, but I wasn't happy with it. So I made the "Guess what day it is" as a sort of pop culture mash up. The extras are actual pages from Charles Addams books with the original Wednesday and Pugsly. I am glad you appreciated them, Rosie!

Also thanks for the compliments on the spider, I loved the one that lived in our herb garden one summer.

I love "manic" Wednesday from the movie :)

Got two great cards from Kallium :)

It's for my theme "favourite musican/band)
I never heard of Voltaire before, so I had to "youtube" him. I wish I had known about him before Halloween! :)

She also sent an extra card for my military animals:

A little smaller than a "normal" ATC.. but oh my. That eye! Great work Kallium!
It has a very fine "metallic" sheen to it... done with gel markers? It's awesome!
She said she was inspired by the movie "Warhorse".

Thank you for two great cards :)

Received a pair of bonus cards from Vincentvanbuck with "Ni No Kuni" as theme :)

Vince, they're so cool! You capturede Mitey perfectly, but the second card... wow!
I love the soft colours and the (seemingly) simple line work. I am so happy, I really love this card! Thanks!

Kosmicgirl. :-D right you are on the gel pens. I just love them. I have hundreds of them.

I am so glad you liked Voltaire. He is dreamy. Hehe. I really enjoy folk music and he puts an interesting twist on it.

(I'm gonna be MIA til the New Year probably.)

Witchhippie - what amazing colors!  That is a beautiful card!

Oath Keeper - I love the eyes on that mushroom - the woods clearly have wonderful seductive eyes instead of scary ones - what a beautiful concept!
