Ooh! I get to be not only the first signed up, but the first to reply in the thread too!

Thanks for putting this up, HG. I think we can have a fun little egg-centric (that's almost not a pun!) swap. The dollar stores are crammed full of plastic eggs this year, in every possible size and colour. What could be done with them?

I am happy people like the idea! I'm already dreaming up some things....a long time ago, I was sent some really cool hanging plastic eggs in an old WWP swap I still hang during Ostara from the knobs on my dresser/altar. They held some neat treasures.

I'm sure going to request eggs that we can open. Those witchhippie made us are a huge favorite since they are quite big and made from a egg-shapped metal thin, but I don't know what candy it's from and we don't have those here, well none that I saw... And since they are big they get to be the grande finale of the egg hunts and holds the little animals I make for them :D

I love Ostara. My daugther asked me when we'll do the egg hunt last week :)

Hollow metal eggs! I found some great two-piece metal sphere ornaments at Christmas and bought some to stash for later use. I think I'll have to go looking for egg-shaped ones tomorrow. They'd be so useful for many, many things.

Ooo I am torn. I want to join but I am still living in the basement of my MILs so much of my crafting stuff is packed away. It is so long since I have swapped with you all. I miss it. I just got back from our big pagan convention and it made me think of swapping with you all again.

Already posted in on the Facebook WWP group.

And for others who don't see that group, Monnie had her baby!  :)

I'm off to hunt for eggs today. If I can struggle through the snow to the dollar store, that is. We've just got a little wet, sticky snow here - nothing like on the US plains.

Yay teams lol! So excited for spring!!!!

I really hope Spring shows up soon! It was pretty nice yesterday. Hubby and I walked with the girls up to the school for Parent/Teacher Conferences and then took the longer way home. So glad we did, today was sooooo windy and cold!.  My power was going on and off all morning and afternoon too.

I have already made a mess looking for stuff in the garage (hubby is not going to be happy, but I had to move around his towers of boxes) and I did find some things on my adventures yesterday.  Trying to narrow down my list of ideas now.

Team names? Oh, I see. That is cute, though "Team Oddball" is a bit harsh. Maybe "Team USA"?

The best part of being "Team Canada" is that get partnered with Maman T, whom I love dearly. I am on the hunt for the perfect egg-shape for the project I have in mind.

Also, question:

Anyone have luck with crystals or other assistance for digestion or sacral chakra? Suggestions appreciated, having a lot of GI issues as of late. When I stick to the plant-based diet I switched to, it seems to have sensitized me to processed/grain foods. When I indulge, I pay for it.

I have four small projects in the works, yes, all at the same time!  I have to keep up with things as I'm going on vacation on the 15th, so everything will have to be done and in the mail on the 14th.  Having lots of crafty fun ... GAH! I just got the calander reminder on my phone saying that both the bigger girls have dentist appointments tomorrow :(  I will sneak into the post office on the way home since they don't open until 10 and the first appointment is at 10:30.  Hubby really likes how one of the items turned out.  He saw me start it last night and I finished it while he was at work today.  That always makes me happy when he thinks something is cool.

Made it through the dentist appointments, picked up the 2 yr old from Hubby at work, and finally got home.  The two littles were in melt down mode so they are now down for nap.  I am packing up my box now, if Hubby makes it home from work in time it will go out tonight.  If he is late I will take it in the morning.  I am super super excited about this, for once I have no swap anxiety!!!! I absolutely love what I made for Betsy  ;D ;D ;D

Now I'm excited to see what you made!

I'm pleased enough with one of the items but the other is still giving me grief. Will finish it up this morning regardless. Extras are all standing by; now I just have to find a suitable box. This is always the hardest part. >:(

The week passed really quick, and I didn't realized the SO date was the 15 and I'd get back after that...

My package is on its way now  ;D  I am jumping up and down inside I am so excited for Betsy to open it.

We had some nice weather earlier in the week last week, but this weekend was not nice at all!  We got rain, snow, and hail!  Right now it is gloomy and super cold  >:(  I am so ready for sping! We rearranged all the furniture in the living room on Saturday to unblock the door to the backyard the kids use in the summer.  Love the new set up and it seems like there is more room for the little ones to play even though we kept all the same furniture.   ???

I finally got my package into the mail this morning, but I messed up and put the wrong postal code on it. >:(  So it may take much longer to arrive, or at worst, get lost. I have a tracking number for it, so we should be able to tell if it's going to get there or not.

Don't worry, I'm sure it'll find its way. I've located where the PO are around here.... none are really easy to go with kids :( I'll try the one that gets our package when we're not there. It's in a HUGE mall but if we get there in the morning we should be able to park near the door....

I'm off to un-slack and put up a gallery.

I think my package is at the post office, got a delivery failure notice. Hate that!  :P
