Title: House warming/birthday gift Post by: ilovesnails on April 07, 2011 09:20:30 AM So a good friend of mine moved into an appt last mnth with her boyfriend. I told her I would make her a housewarming gift. She had been admiring the baby blankets I make for a long time now. Little did she know I modified the patten to make it big enough for her queen sized bed! This took me about a mnth of crafting with about a wk off in the there for the ami swap! I got it done just in time for her birthday/house warming party tomorrow night. I can't wait to give it to her! I love the giving almost as much as the crafting of gifts. I hope it dosen't show to badly that I had to use two different brands of yarn. I ran out of the one and had to go with the closest I could find. Just about everyone I've asked says they cant' tell so I hope I did a good job!
