Just for fun here are the envelopes I sent to Avesthel and noooitaremybirthday!

Love the doodles you did on the envelopes!  I was gonna try for that, but my doodles are, erm, best reserved for "my eyes only!" ::)

I received from Avesthel today. :)

I got home from work to find this in my mailbox.  Apparently, the USPS is serious about the 1 ounce rule!

No worries though, because Avesthel sent some pretty cool stuff in that envelope!  ;) :D

A bit of yarn, two stitch markers, an Avesthel original bookmark and a super cute book plate.

A blank thank you card and a post card of a print by Avesthel (which is beautiful!)

And a ton of stickers! I adore the love birds!

Thank you so much, April!  I feel bad now that I didn't send anything crafted, but only supplies.  :-[

What an awesome envelope of goodies!  Is that handspun yarn?!?  And stickers!  Doh!  Why didn't I think of that?

Goodgrief, I guess you're right that the USPS is serious about the 1 oz rule...I hope my nearly 1 oz envelope squeaks by!!

Oh no!    :'( :'( :'(   I'm so very sorry it cost you 20 cents!  I feel terrible about that.  That's the nonmachineable surcharge for making it too thick.

I am really happy you liked everything though!  And no, do not feel bad at all, I loved everything you sent!  :)  I'll be posting pictures next once I get them off my camera.

Yes, it is handspun yarn, but not by me.  I had some leftovers that I saved so I thought it would make a fun addition to the envelope.  :)

Ok!  Here is the picture from imafundork!   ;D

I was going to post a picture of the envelope decorations, but since she already did (and her photo is better than mine) I won't post.  My envelope was the second one she posted.  :)  And it was a fun surprise to turn it over and see all the doodles on the back!   :D  On to the goodies!

She sent me loads of fun things in her envelope!  I LOVE that little owl, I think that is my most favorite, but the sparkly ribbons and such are a close second.  She sent stickers and ribbon and a recipe (looks great!) and a bookmark and some fabric and lace scraps and some paper goodies too.  Thank you so much for everything!   ;D

What happens if we don't make the 44 cent limit? I've already crafted a couple of tiny but essential things for my partners, and I want to make sure they get them. I'm hoping I can manage the limit still, but I am a little worried about it. What's our consequence if it doesn't make it?

I'm kinda nervous about my envelope now...I couldn't fit as much stuff as you guys managed to in mine!

I would really like everyone to try their darnest to stick within the set limit of using a 44 cents postage stamp...but if you end up having to pay extra for, say a non-machinable envelope, or if the scale registers as 1.01 oz (causing you go over the limit), I totally understand how that could happen :P  There are no direct consequences so to speak, unless there is obviously a blatant disregard for the rule.  Clear a mud? ;D

I wouldn't worry about that.  If you sent an ounce of goodies, you're good!

I promise I'll try really hard, but I worry that mine won't be non-machinable because of my 2 very small crafted items.

Yay!  There was an envelope from sarahsews waiting for me in my mailbox when I got home from work!!!  I love the things she sent!  The card case is so well made and perfect for me...and the trims will be added to my small (but growing!) collection of trims for Blythe-sized clothes!!

I am so glad you enjoyed everything I sent, loves2experiment!

Wow, I love all of the items that have been sent so far! What creativity! There are so many things I wish I had thought to add as fun extras (i.e. stickers and bookmarks--brilliant!). It's really fun to see what and how much 44 cents will send.

Y'all are getting such great envelopes full of goodness!

L2E, that card case looks like the perfect thing for travelling light: car and door key on the ring, driver's license and credit card and a bit of cash in the case and off you go!

Imafundork, that's too cute sending sticky buns (albeit a recipe card) in the mail!

I hope partner is happy with what I sent her.  :-[

She also sent me loads of fun things in her envelope!   :D  Sparklies, art (I love this!), the little cute animals artwork/sticker (adorable!), stickers and paper goodies!  And also some REALLY cute little shrinky dinks that I had to take a closeup of because you couldn't see them in this photo.

I only took a picture of the front of the envelope. I love the sticker faces!

Fun artwork, stickers, paper, shrinky dinks, glitter and sequins.

Paper flowers and fun tags.

My favorite were the My Little Pony Stickers.  (shown with a Coke cap for size.)

This was such a fun swap!  I already have ideas for future rounds!  :D

Thanks to my partners, Avesthel and noooitaremybirthday.  And thanks to loves2experiment for organizing and lovesclutter for coming up with this great swap idea!!  ;D

I received the BEST envelope in the mail today.  Thank you again, loves2experiment!

She sent me awesome note cards, fabulous Amy Butler inchies, and a lovely card wallet.  I love, love, love everything!  I've never heard of inchies before, but now that I know what they are, I suspect that creating them will become my next craft addiction.

Close-up shot of the inchies.  Really, these are great!

Here is the card wallet, opened up and ready to be filled.  LOVE it!  Ironically, I sent her a card wallet as well!  Great minds...haha!

Wow the paper crafted goods are AWESOME!! I don't think I crafted anything either...just a bunch of supplies. But you do have something else coming for you in the mail soon PinkPug :) I'm getting nervous about my envelope making it there okay.

Funny story...I walked out of my home the day I sent my letter out. When I got the end of the drive way I stood there dumbfounded staring at the empty corner across the street. "WTH?!! When did the mail box disappear?!" And as I stood there in confusion with letter in hand a mail truck passed by. I must have earnestly been following her with my gaze because the woman stopped and took the letter from my hand. Great timing! I asked her about the mail box but she said she didn't work in the area.... I really hope she didn't notice the chunky impressions I made in the envelope when I sat on the letter after sealing it. A trick my grandma used to do...we could never open our birthday cards as kids!!

And the only reason why mine was sent out sooner was because I already have Forever stamps that live in my wallet.

noooitaremybirthday: I say your post in the paper craft boards with those adorable monsters. I LOVE them to pieces.

I received from DoodleLou - and it was a completely awesome swap package envelope! DoodleLou put some serious effort into this swap, and everything was so perfect, so me - absolutely things I'd have picked for myself! =)

She sent vintage Vogart embroidery transfers, a super-cute crochet bookmark pattern (it's an apple/bookworm), and a Beechnut Coffee Hosiery mending kit!

The hosiery mending kit is humorous, in that at a big barn sale I went to, this guy had literally DOZENS of boxes of books/magazines/etc. For $5 you could fill a box of whatever you wanted from the stuff. Along with about 30 books, some stationery, and antique photos, I scored two pairs of vintage stockings... with the seams up the back, still in their boxes with tissue wrapping. Anyway, my family teased me mercilessly about the stockings, so the mending kit was funny! I LOVE it!

And a close up of the transfers...

Sorry about so few pics... I have dial up internet at home and it takes forever to load pictures. ~sigh~

DoodleLou, thank you, SO MUCH! I love everything.

Yay, my fabulous and amazing envelope from Fidget arrived safely! (Though I think the contents must have shifted a bit and made it thicker during transfer, but no worries!)

Let's check out the loot, shall we?

Huzzah! :o There's an adorable cross-stitch of three colorful chicks, four gorgeous skeins of embroidery floss, a fabulous moss green and berry trim and a dainty tatted cream trim, a package of beautiful beads (with beading needle!), a happy "smile" magnet, and a prefect little needle book stitched by Fidget herself! WOW!

How cute is this!  ;D

And the inside is just as wonderful -it has the perfect stiffness and the colors are lovely!

Such fun stuff!

I can't wait to use it all -thank you for such wonderful supplies and items Fidget!! I apologize for taking the full allotted time for the swap, but I hope you'll enjoy what I send your way tomorrow morning!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

(OMG, 85%confusion I totally want to steal those chicken transfers -I've never seen them in color before! Lucky!  :o)

Glad you liked the envelope, mlheran, but sorry it all shifted.  Next time I'll know to tape stuff in place before mailing it.  I promise it really was just 1 ounce on the nose and wasn't too thick when I put it in the mail box.  Just like cereal, some settling ocurred during shipment. :/

That's scary that there was a hole in the envelope! But it looks like it's all there. I'm so glad I had a paper crafter as a partner. It allowed me to get rid of all the random snippets of things that I will NOT throw away but never knew how to use. I hope you find them inspiring.

I made a scale with the ruler and quarters idea that I balanced on a spray can. And by the time I had put all the things into an envelope I had lost my template to measure thickness. I eyeballed it...I didn't want to reinforce it because I was afraid that would add to the weight. Looks like it will be worth it next time.

Also, like I said....PinkPug, you have another envelope coming your way soon. I just have to get myself to take pics before it goes out. I like fun and random so I am sure that I will enjoy whatever you send me. I'm always excited to receive things in the mail.

I received my envelope of goodies from Half Pint!

Sorry the pictures are kinda blurry, not sure whats up with my camera. But anyway, I got some reflective fabric, ASL hands, a mini envelope full of sequins,  and some handmade made paper. I can tell she was checking out my wist too, because I love anything to do with cats and I got a bunch of cat stickers!

My favorites are the handmade resin buttons with 9 holes!!, the Celtic knot charms, and the rubber stamp, so they get another picture!

yeah I know what you mean, I have a feeling a lot of people went over the 44 cent rule.  I think mine would have gone but since the post office was closed when I got there and I couldn't get it weighed, I ended up sticking an old 37 cent stamp I had laying around on yours just because I didn't want it coming back to me and taking longer to get there.  lol

I spy a bicycle sticker! All these envelopes are wonderful.

As far as I know I met the qualifications. There was a skein of embroidery thread that I wanted to send but it made it too puffy and was too heavy. The ribbons I sent were about one fourth of an inch once taped wrapped...So I put them along the sides of the envelope. Anything that puffed out further than the ribbons I knew was too big. I stuck to lots of little flat things and anything I thought would slide around was wrapped into the fabric. Crafting an item would have been another story though..

As far as I'm aware of, most everyone did spend 44 cents on postage for their envelopes.  A couple of exceptions were the non-machinable envelopes, which meant a 20 cent penalty (even though the envelope weighed an ounce).

For my envelope, I sent the card case 'open' so it laid flat...and it was a breeze to stick a couple of notecards (also laid flat) along with a dozen inchies (which were arranged carefully ;)).  Yeah, it was really fun to try to figure out how to meet the requirements :D

The wonderful cable guy just fixed my internet, so I'll be posting pictures of my envelopes tonight. They all look great so far! I hope you ladies like what I sent.

I received today from 85%confusion!

Man....I tell you what...this girl didn't just cyber-stalk me....she climbed right into my head and pulled out things that my tiny little pea brain loves and makes my heart get all full of love.  Damn, girl, you are good!   ;D ;D ;D

So here's the awesomeness that I got:

I got a strip of cross stitch bookmark material...Including a needle AND a skein of variegated girly pink embroidery floss. My favorite color!!!! I already know that I MUST stitch roses on it. I love to read and am in serious need of a new book mark.

Next, I got this really, really, really sweet tatted  and beaded choker!  Tatted!  How did you know this about me?  Seriously....you had to have been inside my head!  I was *just* checking out some instructions on tatting!  I was. Honestly...I was!  And here you send me something tatted.

AANNNDD there was two really sweet honey bee stickers! Honey bees!  *Does a happy dance*  I luvers honey bees!

Last but not least....a recipe for "Holiday Indulgence" which included two of my favorite-ist things in the world! Chocolate and raspberries.  Chocolate AND Raspberries.  Guess what topping I just put on my ice cream last night? Yup. Chocolate syrup and raspberries.

*SWOOOON...picks self up off the floor...looks around for hidden camera*  How did you know these things about me...?? Wow, girl, you are a swapper of the legendary kind!  Thank you, thank you, thank you!

All good stuff for dotee-making! Eyelash yarn, ribbon, ribbon and more ribbon, buttons, fabric flowers, mini bows, applique flowers and rainbow fabric. Awesome - thanks so much Lee Ann!

I have received from Calsters and beadedbyamy and I love love love everything.  They both did a great job of sending things that are so me and I can most definitely use in future crafts.

My computer crashed last week so I can't post pics right now, I'm hoping my great partners can for me but if not I will as soon as I am able to get on a computer other than work.  lol

On a side note, I love the idea of this swap but both envelopes I received had tiny tears and holes in them, not big enough to lose anything but any more time in a mail carriers bag and I'm afraid they would have ripped open.  I noticed a couple of other people mentioning holes and that also. I'm assuming it was the machine they run them through and the fact that we didn't send just flat paper.  I don't know if there is a solution but maybe something to think about for a second round.    ???

calsters, you talked about wanting polka dot ribbon in the original swap thread... so there you go! Plus when you told me you're allergic to most metals, I thought "wow I bet it's hard to find many good accessories... I wonder if I could make her something totally metal free and cool." Then I worried if it would be too bulky, but I knew I had to send it anyways!

I received from calsters, but I'll wait until I get my other envelope to post pictures. :)

Yikes.  That's definitely something that needs to be addressed.  Not quite sure if this will work...but how about taping the envelope w/ packing tape to reinforce the paper?  Any other ideas?

I love the idea of 44 cents - but maybe we could go "Less than One Dollar" in postage and use the 5.5" by 8" mustard-y clasp envelopes?

Just my 2 cents (added to a 42-cent stamp, that is!)

Oooh, another idea - we make our own envelopes out of cardstock or tag board?!?

i like the "less than one dollar" idea. there was so much stuff i wanted to send but i tried really really hard to stick to the 44 cents rule...i think if i didn't have a scale i probably would have just filled my envelope & stuck a stamp on it & mailed it that way. i think the post office workers don't want to waste their time sometimes & just let the envelope go without charging the extra 20 cents.

OMGarth I love all the ribbons people have been receiving! I'm a huge packrat and I try my best not to collect so many random pretties...but I do have a small but interesting collection of ribbon. *drools over ribbons*

I received today!!!! And quickly too. Found two envelopes both form PinkPugs,Ink slipped under my door. I risked getting to work late (thankfully scheduled to clock in 15 min later than usual) so I could open them and enjoy my goodies!!

My name is like that because I was thinking about how the scanner switches things from right to left....But that's not true for words lol

I feel well stalked...but in a good way! (Since I have had experiences with it in a bad way) In the envelope came stickers! I can't stop exclaiming things! I never grew out of my childish love for stickers but rarely have a use for them so I never buy them. Snippet from a comic..which I am not sure from where but I did recognize Lobo on the back. Some Japanese...are these exercises or something? I can't make out words but I did notice that characters repeat a lot. A language card with translation on the back. It's Spanish right? Oh and I really want to point out that she sent my letters for BOTH "a"s in my name which most people ignore when they read it. :D I'm pretty certain the hearts are paper punches. I'm afraid of running them while trying to peel off a backing that is probably not there. I know you were worrying about sending so little but no worries. I LOVE it! Quality over quantity!

Another photo of the envelope which had sound affects drawn all over them. And the ATCs I got in the personal swap we are doing. I showed them to a couple of people at work, one of which I am trying to get more into art. He thought they were SO cool and told me that the villain is from Teen Titans. I can't recognize the guy with the shovel in chest.  :D Going to put together an envelope right now so I can send you your ATCs tomorrow, PinkPug,Ink!

Gotta chip in with my "44 cents" worth of thoughts!  ;)

I sorta really like the challenge of the 44 cent swap.  Sure it was hard to know how much to send but IMO that was part of the fun.

As crafters and detailed kinds of people, we're always trying to push the limits, adding just a little more splash to whatever we do. So to have the scope of the swap so narrow, really challenges us to keep the extra bling in check. Extra fine quality vs quantity.

Now that we've seen how much a person can stuff into an envelope that will give us better ideas for down the road.  And it's been simply amazing to what people are squeezing in.  Amazing.

Since this was the first time out of the gate with kind of swap, I would bet the next round will be much smoother.

That's my thoughts anyway.....if anyone cares what I think.....   ;)  If ya don't?  Never mind me and my silly thoughts.

BTW:  Some one mentioned using card stock or poster board for envelopes.  85%confusion used a piece of scrapbook paper for her envelope to me and then wrote a recipe on the inside of it.  A fabulously creative idea!

CONFESSION - The scrapbook paper I made the envelope out of was merely a guise... I read on the thread how people were doodling/stickering/decorating the envelopes, and I thought about drawing little honey pots and bees on DoodleLou's... But I can't draw. At all. Seriously. So I thought that by making an envelope out of pretty paper it would hide the fact that I am inept in the arts department! =)

I also just LOVED this swap - the challenge of fitting something nice into an envelope with only 44 cents postage was completely fun and nerve-wracking! One thing I particularly enjoyed was the stalking! I had to look for clues everywhere on what might be good to send!

I'm definitely up for another round!

I do like the under one dollar idea but the packing tape reinforcement is a great idea.  I wish I had thought of doing that. lol  I sent mostly paper and ribbon so there was nothing to tear the envelopes.  It seems it was the beads, buttons, items like that which tore the envelope and I certainly don't want to have to rule out those great items so I think we could keep the 44 cent rule if the majority wants that and just make sure we reinforce with packing tape for future rounds.

When I got home the only thing in the mail box was...

...my envalope from hngoodlett!! I love it, I love it, I love it!! She is GREAT at stalking.

First thing I pulled out was...a square of clear plastic. LoL. I think at one point in time it held nothing less than awesomely amazing Tetris Magnets! Squee!! I'm totally addicted to Tetris. Then I found the fuzzy fluffy (rabbit)! So perfect. I think I'll put it on the back of my iPod so I can pet it at work when I can't pet my real fluffy. Then she included a wonderful shrinky-dink Frankie (Soo obsessed with Frankenstein) and a little Dracula tile. The last thing was a cut out tag...With a Corgi! Now this is amazing, because I don't know where she would have found out that my favorite breed of dog is a Corgi, but it is. LoL.

Thank you so much, Heather, I love everything!

Oh! I almost forgot! The envalope its self is cuter than kittens. Way cuter. Farrets! Farrets in people clothes doing the Titantic thing! I love it! LoL. And it was way creative (it's actually a page from a calender.) Here's a shot of it after it was unfolded.

I tried my best to save the edges, and rest assured, I will get the postage sticker off, LoL.

I'm so relieved that you liked everything! I can't remember where the comic is from...I just cut up a random one I had laying around. the japanese paper is one of many vintage asian pages i have for papercrafts. the language card is spanish. (i sent that because of your 'language' & 'booklovers' swaps!) the hearts & the spider are paper punches so don't try to peel them! i loved the little sewing stickers even though i don't sew, so i took the chance that maybe you'd like them too! the guy with the shovel was from an ad for a batman comic- he's just a random zombie.  :)

it's cool that you're getting your coworkers into crafts!  ;D can't wait to get your ATCs!

Okay, I got both of my envelopes on the same day, so if I mixed up any of the contents in the pictures I apologize.
First, my envelope from Ostera15:

The eagle is a magnet and that brown fabric is hard to see but I really like it. I love the purple ribbon too, and the buttons of course!
Here is what I received from half pint:

Awesome crafted buttons and a cool stamp and inchie backgrounds! Which I will definitely be using and I love the idea of using the sign language signs in something. And the envelope itself was pretty awesome too. You can see it peeking out from underneath.
Thank you, ostera15 and half pint!

@ PinkPig: I'm trying to get a coworker of mine into crafts. It seems all he is confident with is doing still life drawings. I am trying to gently nudge him into miniature canvas type things. I might be able to get some one to identify which batman comic. And I didn't make out the batman stickers until I was aobut to scan them. I'm surprised I didn't wake anyone up as I shouted "BATMAN!" at around midnight. Thanks for NOT sending me the Joker character from that cartoon series...It makes me mad every time I see it. I'm not a sewer either....YET. But I love stickers. :D

@ malmow: I love that black fabric. Looks awesome

Alrighty! I received from calsters a few days ago and from plucky1_08 today, so now I'm posting pictures of both of their envelopes! :)

First up is the envelope from calsters:

She sent some beautiful notecards in colors that are just right for me, a couple of stamped bookmarks (I LOOOOVE the tree and birdy one!), some fun star stickers, and a truly awesome scratch and sniff gummy worm bookmark (too cool!). Thanks so much!!! :)

Next up is the one from plucky1_08 (not as good of a picture... sorry):

She sent some pretty ribbons, some pretty blue seed beads, confetti and halloween-themed foam stickers, some stickers with messages on them (they'll be good for making cards!), awesomely cool watch stickers (I was hoping I'd get some of them like calsters did!), snowman and floral stickers.

My favorite item from her is this lovely beach bookmark:

The back is pretty swirly blue with the word "RELAX" at the bottom. I mentioned that I love beaches, but I didn't mention that I've been having stomach problems due to stress, so I have been trying so hard to find ways to relax and let go! This bookmark will be perfect to put in one of my stress management books. :P

Sweet! LoL. I'm glad I saved it then :P. And while we're on the topic of things forgotten to be said, the little polar bear I sent is actually an iron on patch. I don't know how good of one it is, since I've only used the patching material as an actual patch, not decorative, and I don't know how it held up in the wash.

Finally found my camera cord!

I got this lovely envelope from SaralaAnne:

Two great bookmarks; which have already been put to use.

A great earring/necklace set with pretty little flowers!

Some friendship bracelets and rings, and the mentioned polar bear (isn't he adorable?)

The other bracelet that I had already put on

There was also some embroidery floss, but the group picture with them didn't turn out very good.

Aww man, I'm just now getting to look at the gallery and now I wish I had put more stuff in my envelope. The first time I went to the PO it was way too heavy and the lady looked at a lot of the stuff and was all like "No. That can't go." "You need to by a different type of envelope to send that!" "If it's breakable don't put it in the envelope." She had a really snotty attitude.

Now I wanna send another envelope *pouts.* Maybe I'll send one anyway, to make myself feel better. Sonja-- look for another envelope coming your way.

I had the same experience when I went to the post office. The guy that "helped" me was really unhelpful. I ended up going home, rearranging stuff in my envelopes, taking out a few little things, and then leaving the envelope for the postal carrier to pick up instead of going over to the post office. That seemed to work just fine. :)

Mlheran sent me a most awesome envelope that arrived last evening.  The fun started on the envelope itself with a wish for sufficient postage.  Ding-ding-ding!  We have a winner!

She was the clever craftster and cut slots in a sheet of paper so that everything had a place to be and wouldn't be shifting around during processing.  (A technique I wish I'd used! :P)

In the upper left corner, there are sweet little ribbons

And below that a pinwheel kit!  As soon as I locate a pencil I'll be making it and playing with it because I love fidgety toys!!

On the opposite side, there was a clever Shrinkie-dink key tag that sadly was out muscled by the postal system.  I'll be able to fix it with some glue because it's too darned cute to toss.

And below that, a beautifully hand-embroidered Thank You note.  I've read and seen pictures of these before but never seen one in person.  The work is lovely and it will be put to use soon.

Thank you, again, mlheran, for all the goodies and for being an awesome swap partner! :D

the keychain that got broken... just an idea... because it's got holes already, you could sew it onto something hard (like another piece of plastic with some holes in it... notebook or folder plastic springs to mind).  it might work better than just glue, if you want to actually use it as a keychain...  and it's definitely too cute to waste.

I received from my partner sonjabegonia today.

First some gold paper and lacy butterflies/leaves. Next to is is some bento grass...at least I think it's bento grass! Then some delicious chocolate ribbon, five colorful inchies, some buttons which are very lovely. One of them is an old ship, it's really cool. Some embroidery floss, in several colors and a card embroidered with my nickname on it.

Great package!

Yes, I am free from my first swap. If someone could do a quick one I will join and then organize the next one.

I have 8 stamps needing to be used by the end of the month.

I have a scale, and 5 nickels and one penny are an ounce exactly. One security envelope and 6 pages I believe is one ounce. 5 guarters is exactly one once.

I am going around the hose to find more things to compare to. The sheets of paper were regular laser copy paper.

I have loved this, and want to do one too before organizing. Please loves2experiment, can you do one more???? Please, pretty please.

;D I'm going to assume you meant "5 quarters" and not "5 garters" which is what I originally said. I have some garters myself but for some reason imagining a woman with a fistful of garters is quite silly to me.
I would love another round of this!!

I'm still waiting on one more person to receive before this round is officially done with :)

Unfortunately, I won't be able to organize another round soon because my work schedule is pretty crazy for the next couple of weeks :-\  Rather than waiting, if someone else would like to volunteer to do one more round before turning the reins over to lovesclutter, that would be brilliant!!

I've never organized before but I would be willing to if some one will hold me hand lol. I'm offering because there is a swap I want to organize when I have the time.

Or a very detailed thread that describes how I become a swap organizer would work. This seems like a simple enough swap to organize.

It's not so difficult to organize a swap...and this is probably a great one to start with :)

I believe that Seraphina_de_Sangre had offered to organize as well.  raeraethejetplane, perhaps you coul send her a message and see if you gals could both do this together?  Just a suggestion, of course.

As for hand holding, pfft, you gals won't need it...but if you have questions, feel free to send me a message.  I'll do what I can to help.

That would be great raeraethejetplane (please pm me and explain that username). I could get this one out quickly and get my feedback and then go on. Ask Sera if she will co-organize, and if you limit the number, it should be easier, and I will send my post out asap.

I can't wait to organize. I'm in a pimp your craftster username swap, but that has a send out date of 8/8/9 and I'm going to need all that time to finish this poppet. An envelope, well I can do that quick. LOL

Loves2experiment, you have done me very proud. (like a proud momma). Except I don't have children.

he he, lovesclutter

Another one would be neat, but could we try a two stamp envelope? There were other things I would have liked to send but couldn't because they would make the envelope to thick/not bendable enough. That gets you up to 3 ounces and I would think would cover the nonmachineable charge too.

lovesclutter is right...limiting the number of swappers would make things a little easier to handle...but again, that's your call :)

And lovesclutter, I'm sure you'll do great at organizing the 3rd round of this swap :)  I'm glad you enjoyed watching the swap!

I just now found my camera cord so I wanted to share the awesome ATC's raerae sent me in addition to the 44 cent envelope.

Aren't they awesome? I especially love how the pug is peeking through the cutout on the back! Thanks raerae!  ;D

You look like you're having fun with them :)  I've always wanted to try making ATCs...it's on my to do list for sure!  BTW, I forgot to mention that I love the play on words ("spayed") :D
